I love the convenience of the original Nespresso pods for espresso and ristretto, and the odd lungo, and hate the spinny stupidness and fake crema of their new Vurtuo system. A good thing about the original is that you can try coffee from a wide range of companies, including lazavva and illy, and smaller roasters. The problem with third party pods is that it's often a lucky dip. Some leak. Some don't pop through at all. I've had some nameless brands where over 1/2 don't give me a shot! Not with Starbucks who use Nespresso official pods - with their all-important copyrighted gasket! This box offers a good variety and combination. All tasty and strong enough. Good value for money if you get it on a deal like I did. And try out the likes of Starbucks Guatemala pods, not in this selection, but they're lovely. Highly recommended!

Great variety Good coffee Coffee pods

Surprisingly good, I’d expected bland but got loads of flavour. The bonus being that they do not leave mess behind when you rescue them from the machine.

Das Discovery Variety Pack von Starbucks ist eine super Möglichkeit, verschiedene Kaffeesorten auszuprobieren. Mir gefällt besonders, dass von milden bis hin zu kräftigen Röstungen alles dabei ist. So findet jeder schnell seinen persönlichen Favoriten. Ich nutze die Kapseln mit meiner Nespresso-Maschine und sie funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Kaffee läuft sauber durch, hat eine schöne Crema und schmeckt je nach Sorte angenehm ausgewogen oder schön intensiv. Wer gerne etwas Abwechslung beim Kaffee möchte oder die Starbucks-Sorten erst einmal kennenlernen will, ist mit diesem Set bestens bedient. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
