I really like this dietary supplement. When they debuted I subscribed.the original was only available in chocolate. My gut was happy and did t revolt after taking g these daily. It never healed anything and I didn’t expect it to. It did supplement some micronutrients to but I felt no therapeutic effects just a constant “feeling good” but not a dopamine high. Hard to describe plus everyone is unique in their specific nutrient needs. I tried this subscription but did not like the citrus version. Ot yucky I just like chocolate better. All healthy ingredients and safe amounts. I’m highly allergic to many things but had no hypersensitive reaction to this item. Tastes good, easy to take (I took one a day not the up to 3 a day recommendation if needed) easy to see (visual reminder), chewy texture, breaks down fast in mouth, and sized like a big wad of pink gum we used to chomp on in junior high school lol. Does not hurt my jaw condition, does not hurt my gut condition. Highly recommend for supporting healthy body systems. I like that there are no chems like in regular tablets pills capsules caplets, liquids.

They are delicious! I like the ginger flavor and the bite of real food ingredients. They also make me feel energetic.

My daily vitamin used to make me feel sick, but I suffered through it to be healthy. And yes, I now realize how weird that logic is. Not only do these chewy morsels taste good, they hit my stomach without making me want to barf, and the vitamins they deliver include the blast of Bs I need to boost my mood and energy. Instead of burning a hole in my stomach like my old vitamins, it looks like they’re full of prebiotics and probiotics which actually help my digestion. I think the biggest difference is that these vitamins and minerals come from REAL FOOD rather than synthetic powder compacted into rock-hard pills. They come packaged as little sticky lumps that aren’t pretty, but their soft chewiness is super satisfying with little bits of nuts and dried fruit. I actually feel better now than I did when I took a daily.

Good quality ingredients I was really hoping for better results but I didn't notice any changes after taking them daily for over a month.

Tasty but small

I love these! I always thought a real food vitamin should be made. I just never knew how much of the pill vitamins actually got into my system. It makes sense that your body would absorb naturally occurring vitamins better. After trying it for a week, I noticed my bathroom visits were better, my mood felt better and I liked having just one bite to chew rather than a multitude of pill vitamins to swallow. Overall a product I’ve been waiting for - it didn’t disappoint!

The taste of unique, but I would say that I got used to it quickly. I have only used it four days, but I do notice a difference in energy. I will update once I have used it for longer.
