This is a great low-calorie soup base concentrate. Mostly salty tasting, I mix it with crushed tomatoes, spices, and zero calorie, konjac noodles for a satisfying and filling diet helper. I can eat two huge bowls of noodle soup, between meals, to stop hunger and cravings and still stay on a low-calorie plan. Great break from sweet, liquid diet meals; having a big bowl of savory soup really helps. Has only 3.6 calories per reconstituted cup.Contains enough concentrate to make 200 cups of broth. Comes in good pouch with easy tap and measuring cup, very neat and avoids mess. Hang the pouch on a kitchen handle, at eye-level, and let the tap pour out into the measuring cup for easy use, then take it down, the tap closes with no mess, and keep it in the fridge.. Very cool packaging.

I purchased this specifically for an onion soup recipe and it was delish! I've since found multiple ways to use it to jazz up recipes and sauces. Great product and very conveniently packaged!
