My Apple Watch Ultra 2 was basically brand new. The watch was unworn and all of the genuine Apple accessories were included. I had a battery life/health of 100% and it seems to function perfectly once charged. The only thing that showed this watch was not new was the packaging and the watch battery was completely dead. It came in the original box, but it was taped shut, was a bit dirty and the interior of the packaging also contained some markings. I couldn’t care less about the packaging as the watch, band and charger were perfect. I appreciate the savings that this purchase allowed.

I’ve had several Apple Watches and liked all of them. Everyone of them I’ve always thought, if this one would do a & b it be great or x & y would be cool. The Ultra 2 is the a-z of watches. Honestly I can’t think of anything that would make it cooler , more user friendly, interactive, intuitive etc. Its battery life is wonderful and wished they’d incorporate the same technology into their phones. The size , options and function are pretty close to perfect. If you’re on the fence about buying get off the fence. You won’t be disappointed and as the prices decrease awaiting the Ultra 3 pull the trigger on the Ultra 2 since the savings will be a bonus and can’t imagine they can add anything that would make the 2 any better… the buyers remorse never kicks in on the purchase. just do it.

This is another wonderful piece of wearable technology from Apple. Durable and reliable, not to mention the sharp, clear display and ease of use.

Aside from arriving with a dead battery - likely resulting from a device that was probably sitting in some warehouse for years - a “janky” wrist strap design, and “worthless” teeny-tiny printed instructions included in the box from the “wizards of smart” in Cupertino — at the end of the day it’s a good device. Apple just needs to put their “ageist” arrogance aside, and supply printed materials with useful font sizes - or eliminate them altogether. Not everyone has “20/17” vision. I’ve owned Apple watches before, so I’m not a “newbie.” If Cupertino would ship devices with updated OS that would be helpful. This update of Watch OS must have taken 90+ minutes. Watta pain!!
