They were absolutely amazing. Very thick bodied, sweet with caramel and biscuit notes with a hint of candied orange. I go as far to say, they are quite possibly my top 5 coffee beans. I found to work best was 26-28s at around a 1:2.2 ratio - extraction with an espresso machine. Not only this, but this company is a company that cares for their customer satisfaction with quick responses, detailed and with care!

Very pleasant blend indeed and complements my preferred Mocha Sidamo coffee by allowing me to grind to my own taste and strength. The product in my own percolator gives a rounded flavour without harsh undernotes with a good round solid feeling of coffee. Some bolder person than I might try adding cocoa powder or grated chocolate and see how the brew matches a commercial Cafe Mocha but personally I enjoy the signature blend just as it is.

Normally I prefer the distinctive taste of a single origin coffee but sometimes it is nice to have a consistent go-to for visitors. This coffee has a nice rounded flavour, it is well blended and anyone can drink it all day. It is good, but it is great value for money; many of the producers other products are connected with the rain forest alliance or are organically produced and I have a very recent roasted on date. I cannot fault it for what it is, will buy again.

this coffee is pretty nice, a bit disappointed that coffee purchased 21 Aug 2025 was packaged 7/July. the last batch, had similar times and noticeably less fresh before it was used up (in about 4 weeks.) also remember to open from from the bottom to be able keep the bag's valve usable.

Non so se sia il solito problema di amazon che tiene a lungo in magazzino il caffe' ma il gusto e' decisamente molto molto molto blando rispetto a tanti altre miscele o monorigine. Sono dovuto arrivare a un rapporto di 10g/100cc per avvertire un minimo di sapore e poi non arrivava nemmeno a un java o a un yellow bourbon da supermercato. Per me un fallimento totale. Ho dovuto "tagliare" la miscela con Kenya AA e Santos Cerrado per renderlo minimamente degno del primo mattino. Mi aspettavo molto di piu'. Non ripetero' l'acquisto.
