I love this garden bed, but the greenhouse plastic came ripped at the bottom corner. It rips more when I put it on the poles. Amazon said I can’t return it/exchange it.

Waited a full year to review (purchased in 2025) to ensure we gave an accurate assessment of this product (4 x 3 x 2 Garden Bed w/covers). We would not recommend this product for one very important reason - you can’t buy replacement covers! The primary reason we purchased these was because they came with a dual cover - the inside one was mesh and the outer cover was solid plastic. Great concept and the covers did an excellent job for approximately 9 months in keeping out animals while allowing moisture/rain and airflow for the vegetables to grow. When zipped closed for the winter, ice and snow didn’t get inside until maybe mid-March 2026 and it was minimal . That’s when we noticed some small rips and tears had occurred near the zippers and we would need to replace the covers on both garden beds. We didn’t expect the covers to last and were expecting to replace them annually. The only option available is to purchase the bed and cover set when all you need is a cover - simply not worth it.

Is there a way to purchase replacement covers for the greenhouse? Mine disintegrated after 2 years.

Now I have a planter box with dirt coming out of the side where that piece should’ve been. Yeah I duct taped it, didn’t do anything. Two out of five stars wouldn’t recommend.

Last Spring I purchased the 4 foot planter box with greenhouse cover. I have loved it so much, but recently had to contact customer service to let them know my plastic greenhouse cover tore when I tried to zip it up. I have had just the screen on all of this time. Summer was so pleasant to deal with, and was quick to address my concern. I sent pictures and explained my situation, and within days had a replacement cover delivered. My experience was what everyone hopes for. Thank you, Sunmer!
