Works great clean your evaporator and remove cabin filter
My fan control finally works properly if you have a 05 to 08 Dodge Ram make sure you fix the problem that made this go out in the first place. There's a cheap foam cabin filter not built to be replaced but it disintegrates and clogs up the evaporator. This causes moisture that seeps down and ruins of the blower motor fan resistor and also freezes up your lines. Quick fix remove the cabin filter and blower motor resistor hose out the evaporator from the inside you can put your hand up inside and the water will go out the external drain along with the dirt and debris plugging your evaporator fins

Wiring reversed but easy fix!
There was a problem with this blower and it appeared to be a wiring assembly error. After install the blower ran great but was not blowing any air. I could that the wiring for the two prong plug was reversed which caused the fan to blow in reverse. After pulling the fan out and connecting to the electrical connection I found that it was spinning the wrong way. If this happens to you just take a screw driver to release the blades from the plastic connector and swap them around. Nothing else was wrong with the fan it blows great and is just what I needed. I would buy again just make sure you check that the black wire connects to the black wire when you plug it in.

Warranty honored and quick reply.
I bought this a year ago last summer and recently noticed that the blower motor only worked on the two highest settings on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. I emailed their warranty email and after a couple of questions, they honored their lifetime warranty. I promptly received the replacement a couple of days later in the email. One connector and two screws later, and my new one is installed. All four settings on my blower are working again. Great service and quick response to their warranty.

it took longer to find my screw driver than to take out and replace the part , it fit perfect , now i have all 4 speeds working again on my blower motor
