I've been using the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9500 for a while now, and I really like how clean it makes my teeth feel. It comes with three different brush heads, which is nice because I can switch depending on what I need. I've definitely noticed it removes more plaque than my old manual toothbrush. The design is sleek and feels comfortable in my hand. After using it, my teeth feel fresher and smoother, and I feel like my oral hygiene has improved. If you're looking for a reliable electric toothbrush that actually works, this one is worth trying.

I have owned a few electric toothbrush over the years and prefer the Philips Sonicare. The 9500 was more expensive but it is a very high quality electric toothbrush with a lot of useful features I really like. It feels great in my hand and cleans better than my previous Sonicare. It can use the old style toothbrushes or the new ones. I was planning on using the 8 or so old toothbrushes I have. But after trying the new toothbrushes. I’ll stick with them. They are nice and soft and clean better. Yes they are a lot more expensive but I think they are worth it. If you are looking for a high end high quality Sonicare electric toothbrush this is definitely it !

I love this toothbrush!!! There are so many settings you can’t go wrong. There is even a tongue clean setting. The battery life of great. I only charge maybe once every three weeks. The power can be more or less powerful and adjusted to your preference. There is even a pressure sensor that lights the bottom of the toothbrush if you are brushing too hard. This makes for a comfortable brush, and prevents you from encountering gum recession by brushing too hard.

I really like the toothbrush however they aren’t made to last more then a year or two if your lucky. This is my third purchase of the same item, and has thankfully come down in price. All three times it’s been the same issue that destroys the toothbrush, a white gasket at the top of the toothbrush. I would remove the brush and dry the gasket clean after brushing and remove any toothpaste that surrounds the area. I like the light at the bottom of the brush which activates if I’m pushing too hard. As seen in the pictures, water got in and corroded the battery and the bottom light. This will be my last purchase, the quality build is poor and a well known issue with customer service and countless reviews I’ve read. I have three packs of replacement brushes which are expensive and can’t be returned. I like the features the brush has and cleans my teeth very good and has a great gum care setting. The brush itself is super loud, and annoying, I can tolerate it, but for whatever reason my wife always asks me a question while brushing, and it can be challenging to hear, (note) I’m not hard or hearing, or while trying to listen to a video on my phone. For 200.00 on Amazon, it’s also a high price.

Absolutely love this toothbrush! Our dentist recommended we use Phillips Sonicare brushes and at first I was a bit skeptical. I order this about 1 year ago and waited to see how much I liked it before writing a review. After using it for a year, I'm not sure why I never checked one of these out before. Ergonomically, the base of the unit fits well in my hand and is easy to maneuver. The buttons are placed in great positions so I can change the brushing modes or intensity levels easily on the fly. I keep it on a shelf mounted in the battery charger at home, but I have travelled with it a few times and the battery holds a good charge for more than a few days easily. I've never had a situation where I've taken it with me and had it run out of battery. It cleans very nicely and isn't too bulky to have any issue reaching the back molars and has great maneuverability while brushing. I like the fact that it's not very loud as far as noise, and it has convenient 30 second notifications to let you know how long you've been brushing. I typically do one quadrant for 30 seconds for a total of 2 minutes, so it's nice to have the 30 second 'buzz' go off and let me know it's time to move. Two of the coolest features about this electronic toothbrush: (1) - the pressure sensor that let's you know if you're brushing too hard. It's easy to see the light come on when I tend to put too much pressure on the head. (2) I use it in the shower so it's nice that it's mainly waterproof (even if it's not sold as that in the description) but I have been using it in the shower for a while and it's not had any issues. The travel case is nice to have when you need to pack it up and head out on the road. I stay away from home about 4-5 times a year for work and it packs up really nicely and the case obviously keeps it protected. If I had one complaint it would be the unit cost and the replacement head cost. When I first looked them up, I thought the price was crazy!! But it's held up and continues to be my favorite toothbrush of my life, and I've had many in my 50 years on this planet. If you're thinking about getting an electronic toothbrush, this one definitely delivers.

The product is sleek and of well built quality. The app was a bit difficult to navigate at first, and I’d recommend leaving your location as “always on” since if you don’t open the app it won’t record your brushing session. But it’s incredibly accurate for tracking my brushing and even now, days into use, I’m noticing my teeth appear brighter and feel cleaner. Excellent product and well worth the investment as long as you register the warranty.

The toothbrush itself is amazing. Your teeth feel so clean after brushing. The reason for 4 stars is because they are expensive and they don't seem to last as long as I think they should for the price. My opinion only. I keep buying them because they clean your teeth and gums very well.

This thing is STRONG. I've barely used electric, not to mention high quality electric. You barely need to apply pressure when using, the toothbrushs vibrations and bubble power does 90% of the work. Looks great and feels great. Like I said it's POWERFUL, make sure to turn it off while still in your mouth to avoid getting toothpaste all over the sink lol. 5 stars!

Amazing product, not the best process with shipping however could've just been me.

I purchased the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9500 on September 11 for $273.61 SGD ($203.48 USD), and it has completely failed after just two months of use. The toothbrush head holder is loose and doesn’t hold the brush properly, while the body makes a loud, awful rattling noise. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product.

I love the tongue cleaner setting and attachment for a clean mouth! Comes with a plastic base to sit in while not charging. The charging glass is excellent. Exceptional charging case and not bulky. It is loud but it is doing its thing! Works to a prestige job! This one has everything!

Buen cepillo excelente vibración aún en la baja se siente mucho! Variedad de opciones y definitivamente si hay mucha diferencia entre un cepillo normal y uno de estos! La diferencia entre el 9500 y el 9750 es que trae un cepillo extra (cabezal) y la base de plástico para poner las diferentes puntas.

After 6 months, it stopped working! Waste of money
