This cover works perfectly on my sectional. The color blends with the upholstery so guests don’t notice it’s a seat cover. I bought the single and double covers to meet my needs. They fit well enough that even with my big dogs wrestling on my sectional, the covers stay in place. And the fabric is strong enough that even when one of the dogs “digs” to make his spot to lay down, the covers hold up. Yet, the material is texturally comfortable, feeling like velour.

These covers fit good, not great. That being said I have an extra deep couch and so they don't go to the very back, but the couch cushions cover that part anyway. I had to order 3 times to get the right fit. I haven't had them very long so I can't comment on how long they will last, but so far so good. They are easy to put on, stay in place pretty well and definitely look better than the random blankets I was previously using. My dog likes to paw at the cushion before settling in and they have not ripped or snagged. I don't know about the waterproofing, we haven't spilled anything on them yet.
