The fabric is so nice and soft. I wear a 32DD to DDD, depending on the bra. I have this is a size medium. After a revision surgery requiring some stitching into my rib fascia, I’m really uncomfortable. There is no padding, which I like. It is full coverage with a lot of support. The bra size is not adjustable, but there are adjustable straps that can help somewhat with support and compression. It probably would support well for workouts. Mine is post surgery. The sides come up very high under the arm, which also helps a lot to support.
