I like this thing
Good product. Well built. I use it almost daily at my desk and it definitely works your forearms well. The semi soft handles help keep a good grip.

Great tool for working forearms
I've been using this on forearm day for a few weeks (yes, I have a dedicated day for forearms) and I thought I was doing good until I tried this exercise. It really burns. I haven't gone above a 5 lb dumbbell at 6 reps but within the first three it's killing me. I was aware of this exercise but didn't try it until I saw this. The materials are really good. The nylon material used seems to be the same type for heavy duty tie downs. I've been using a dumbbell with it which sometimes moves around but it's probably better suited for a kettlebell or weight plate. The grip is comfortable. It comes with an instruction manual with some exercises (the one I've been using is called "simple" in the manual.) What to get out of this: it's a great device for an often neglected exercise that, at least for me, was humbling as far as forearm strength.

Simple equipment
Works just fine. Just wrap the handle with athletic tape so it doesn't wear off .

Not comfortable. Make your own.
I have a homemade wrist roller in my gym that I made out of climbing rope and PVC pipe years ago. It works well, but I've never liked how the rope rolls up to one side of the knot, distributing the stress in your forearms unevenly. I figured it was time for an upgrade, so I ordered this since it winds up the middle. I tried it a couple times and it felt awkward, and actually kind of painful. Also, the length is too short for me. I prefer to have my hands positioned wider than this will allow. I gifted it to a friend who wants to work on her grip strength. I'll stick with my homemade wrist roller.

Great purchase
So far appears to be well made, high quality.

However, the clip is too small for my standard-sized kettlebells and plates. Had to buy a carabiner in order to use it.
