Premium ear buds at a lower price than the big names.
I bought the OnePlus Buds 3 as a daily-use pair of earbuds and have been pleasantly surprised by their overall performance. The sound is well-balanced with punchy bass and clear vocals, making them great for music, videos, and podcasts. The active noise cancellation works well for everyday environments like offices and commuting, and the earbuds are comfortable enough to wear for long periods without fatigue. Battery life easily lasts a full day of mixed use, and fast charging is a nice bonus when needed. Pairing is quick and seamless; they swap effortlessly between my laptop and Samsung phone with no trouble, and pairing is at the touch of a button. Pros: + Clear, balanced sound + Effective Active Noise Cancelling for the price + Comfortable fit + Good battery life with fast charging Cons: - Touch controls take a little practice - Not many accessories exist for it, unlike its competitors from Apple and Samsung, so good luck finding a good carrying case. Overall, the OnePlus Buds 3 offer excellent value if you want good sound quality and solid noise cancellation without paying premium prices. I've used them for nearly a year and they still hold their charge and sound as great as the day I bought them. If I needed to replace them, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another OnePlus Buds product.

Jack of all trades
I will preface this review by saying that I am no expert in audio or wireless technology. That being said I have tried numerous different brands in search for a pleasant sound, noise reduction, and a good soundstage. I think these buds are the best overall quality you can get even close to this price range. For the pros: - Great battery life on both buds and pod charger -App functionality is great on iPhone and I assume Samsung/oneplus users will have an even easier experience. If you get these buds I highly recommend the app as you can eq the sound to your liking with a very simple interface or with a preset that tests your ear canal shape for the “golden sound” -overall soundstage is wider than other buds I’ve tried and still maintains a very clear punchy mid with adjustable bass to boost if you prefer -noise cancellation is best in class for price with only one close competitor (LibertyNC) -multiple customizations for button interactions. This one is huge as you can control all of your music from one bud (skip, volume up/down, repeat track, pause) -finish is sleek and doesn’t attract fingerprints like I originally anticipated -ear tips are nice and very secure, perfect for me and come with 3 sizes Cons: -touch sensitivity. This one is big for athletes that are often sweating while using their buds. These buds, like many are very sensitive to touch and can struggle to differ between tapping and swiping if your finger is wet. So if you sweat profusely, a bud with analog buttons may suit you better -Bluetooth range. This bud falls in the middle for range but I do have more expensive buds that disconnect much sooner than these The cons list is rather short but I will update this review upon any shortcomings that may arise over the time I use these buds. I’d say if you want great sound, good noise cancellation, and an easy interface to customize the sound to your liking; then these are your best bet! I have used them for over a month with stellar performance and now I just have to get a pair for my lady so she won’t take mine anymore

Final thoughts (8 months use)
I've used this earbuds as my main for almost a year (currently 8 months). If you're thinking to purchase this buds, you must consider the following: Pros: Great Sound Quality (if you know how to set it up with the EQ), it's crazy for the price and yes, they beat the Airpods (the ones with a larger stick if you follow my configuration, read Recommendations down below) Fits great for my ears (I use medium size) and they almost never fall (3 sizes small, medium and large). Touch controls (personalizable) and very sensible (fair enough) 2 sound modes: ambience mode and 4 adjustable noise cancelation levels (Low, Moderate, High and Smart) Game mode, find my earbuds and dual connection. The battery life is amazing, I charge them once a week ^-^ Cons: Fit, don't try to take out your clothes while wearing them, because of the sticks they can fall (hear my out dude, I'm telling you from my experience) and when I'm sweating a lot they might slowly fall (this rarely happens) The Noise cancellation is good, but not great. When I'm on very loud places and the music in your earbuds is not too loud or paused, you can actually hear the noise outside (not as loud as it usually is, but you can hear it like someone whispering trough your ears). But it meets my expectations (I can't even hear my friends talk with the noise cancelling off) Connectivity drops usually happens with my computer (after playing for a few hours) than my phone and for any reason, don't let it fall of your hand (it hurst when it hits the ground and even worse when it gets its first "scar" ), since I let 'em fall they got these connectivity issues with my phone at first, I had to reconnect my buds again. They're big, so you can't use them with a hat or a winter hat or sleep with them. Final thoughts: for the price and what it offers, I still recommend them, they're great, they are made with love (trust me). Recommendations (for Samsung users): Now MF, hear me out if you truly want to unlock the true potential of this hidden diamond: 1. Activate Dolby Atmos on your phone and set it on Automatic (or Music, but I recommend Automatic) 2. Activate the OnePlus 3D Audio (this helps a lot) on the app 3. Go in a quiet room and take the Golden Sound test (you'll thank me later) 4. On your Samsung device, go to Sound quality and effects/Adapt/Add personalized sound profile and take the test (similar to the Golden Sound test) with your earbuds on. 5. On the app go to Sound Master EQ/Add equalizer and put the configuration that I left you in the images. 6. On the app, activate BassWave if you want to hear more or less bass (optional) 7. On your Samsung activate game mood (optional) Lastly, they gave me the wrong model (E509A), instead of the one I bought (5481156306, of this review), but I got no problems with it. Hope this review helped.

Great sound and water resistance
To start I just want to say I accidentally left these in my pants pocket, case and all, and ran them theough the washing machine (oops) but they came out working fine like it had never happened! Unbelievable! So if water resistance is important to you these are gonna be a win! They sound amazing, the app lets you really make these sound however you want. Battery life is great, fit is comfortable. Noise cancelling works but they don't do a great job of blocking ambient noise. I have had non noise cancelling ear buds that do a better job of blocking external sounds. For example, when on a riding mower, my old non cancelling buds blocked more of the mower noise than these do with the noise cancelling on. However, I can hear my music better. The noise cancelling does better job on low volume noise, for example you cannot hear passing traffic at all when sitting on the porch. They would be fabulous on an airplane for blocking engine noise. They connnect to my phone quick and consistently every time and don't cut out. You really get a high end premium product for a fantastic price point with these. There may be better ones out there but they aren't going to beat these by much and they definitely won't beat the price! And I bet they won't survive the washing machine like these did!

Best earbuds I've purchased.
I want to start off by saying these are by far the best earbuds I've ever purchased. The only buds to have ever fit my ears perfectly were the Samsung Buds FE, that being said after using them for 30min or more would cause discomfort. These here fit perfectly straight out of the box yet do not hurt my ears. I can jog, jump, shake my head, and they stay put (this has always been the biggest issue when using earbuds from my personal experience.) Pros •Google Fast Pair- (First time I opened the case and they automatically popped up on my Pixel 9 Pro XL with the option to connect.) •Dual Device Connection- Love using these at work as they are connected to my cell phone and my work laptop simultaneously. I simply pause my music and take a call on teams without having to disconnect. It automatically pairs when within range and the earbud case being opened. •Fitment- Best fitment I have personally ever had on earbuds. •Sound- I'm far from being an audiophile, however, straight out of the box they sound pretty good. Once you download the app to make adjustments you can run a hearing test and it will be customized for your specific hearing. •Spatial Audio- Nice for when playing games or watching a movie on your phone or Bluetooth capable device. •Design- Sleek, small, low profile. Perfect in my opinion. •Earbud Controls- Very easy and effective, love the slide volume control. (All this is customizable through the app). •In Ear Detection- Love this feature, automatic pause when you take an earbud out of your ear, and then automatic play once you re-insert. (Perfect for when someone walks up to talk.) •Mic- The mic on these are probably the best I have had from earbuds. I haven't had a complaint and no one seems to notice I am using earbuds. Cons- •ANC- Not the best, even with the biggest ear tips (Which cause my ears to hurt). The ANC itself is just not up to par compared to others I've used. But I don't care too much about this feature as with music halfway up and ANC on, you can't hear distractions. •Transparency Mode- Probably too good as its too loud. Overall, I highly recommend these earbuds.

Best headphones
I've had these for 2 years and they blow a lot out of the water! I bought high end headphones and these are overall the best for the money!Amazing sound! Especially the fact that they have a tweeter as well! Great controls! Comfortable ! The overall rating of these should be 4.8 not 4.5 they are amazing! At one point I bought 8 different pairs to compare them all JBL, bose, Skullcandy, beats etc these smoked everything

Hard to decide what to rate these
I'm giving It 5 stars because they are the best sounding ear buds I've found and they are very inexpensive. I did get them for $68. Definitely way better than Apple AirPods in sound quality. The app helps get the sound right for your ears. It is awesome. Additionally I work on recording, mixing music, and own a music school. So lean more towards the audiophile end but wouldn't consider myself an audiophile. But I tend to over analyze everything music related. The battery life is also awesome. I use them a ton and never have them even get close to running out of battery life. I charge them maybe twice a week and not because the battery is low. I can't even remember the last time I checked the battery level because it is almost always full. Cons: there are a couple things that definitely needs improved upon. The case is hard to open compared to Apple's very easy to handle case. If I only have 1 in, which is a lot when I'm listening to podcasts, Youtube, etc. the connection breaks for no reason. Sometimes it is fine and sometimes it disconnects a lot. The touch controls are also weird. I tried to set them more to what I like and no matter the setup they don't respond correctly so I just stopped using them. Except the volume. That works well. Additionally they only seem to want to connect to 2 devices. I connect to my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook and use all regularly. Sometimes 1 of them will just not recognize it and getting connected isn't automatic like the AirPods.

Impressive Sound Quality and Great Value
After comparing the OnePlus Buds 3 with the Earfun Air Pro4 and CMF Buds Pro 2, I’m thoroughly impressed with the overall performance, especially considering the value for money. Sound Quality: The OnePlus Buds 3 clearly outperform the competition in sound clarity and loudness. The music stage feels much more expansive, making it a joy to listen to various genres. While the CMF Buds Pro 2 have heavier bass, the sound from OnePlus is well-balanced with just the right amount of bass, offering a more precise and cleaner listening experience. If you’re into strong bass, CMF may appeal to you more, as the music feels thicker, but for clarity and stage presence, OnePlus wins hands down. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): The Earfun Air Pro4 takes the lead in terms of ANC performance, with the OnePlus Buds 3 coming in second. While the ANC on OnePlus is solid, there’s room for improvement, especially for frequent travelers or those in noisy environments. Call Quality: As someone who prioritizes call quality, especially in noisy environments, OnePlus Buds 3 excel in this area. The microphone quality is top-notch, far surpassing the CMF Buds Pro 2 and Earfun Air Pro4. I was really impressed by how clear my voice came through even in crowded, noisy areas. Overall Value: For the price, I believe the OnePlus Buds 3 offer excellent value. The combination of clear sound, decent ANC, and exceptional call quality makes them stand out. I only hope that future versions improve the ANC to match or surpass competitors.
