So far, so good! I bought this as an alternative to the very pricy HexClad pans, mainly due to the significant lower cost and also that they don't have teflon (unlike the Hexclad pans). Time will tell if it can be as durable but from what I have read, the key is to season the pan with oil prior to use and to use a lower heat as the materials conduct the heat better than traditional pans. After seasoning the pan I made scrambled eggs and it was clear that the pan performs well at lower heat on my gas hob. The eggs cooked perfectly and there was no sticking in the pan. Cleaning the pans was very easy due to this. I hope that this performance continues and the durability proves true.

This pan does not live up to its hype. It looks good but performs poorly. I followed all the instructions when setting it up. The first few times it was used it was fine, it cooked well and cleaned up fine. However, gradually food began to stick. I checked the instructions to make sure I was using it correctly, which I was but still I had issues with food sticking. It has now got to the stage where it can only be used for low temperature cooking and even then, food begins to stick. I would not buy another one and definitely would not recommend this pan.

Was this pan worth the price tag ? 1000% yes !!! Been Using it on my Smeg induction hob for four months now fantastic quality, heats across the pan much better and still looks like new and very easy to clean. Don’t know if it would make a difference but I did what the instructions said to regarding oiling the pan for the first time follow this like I did and the results will be the same We have hello fresh meal for four cooks in one pan like a dream old pans were spilling on to the hob Well worth the money and I’ll be replacing any future pan with this brand Handle definitely stays cold when in use !!!

Decent thickness stainless steel pan. Has a special pattern on which supposedly helps with non- stick without chemicals which I like. I have tried a fried egg and works reasonably well so I am happy as no toxic forever chemicals. One con though is I was hoping to be able to sear meat with it being stainless steel but the instructions say not to use high temperatures as this will damage the pan. Overall it is a good quality pan.

Non stick and great to clean do easy

Good , but not as I’d hoped. Egg sticks particularly badly. I use it as per instructions, but still it sticks.

The non stick hybrid that sticks. I'm hoping the manufacturer contacts me about this. Used the pan since end of June this year on average 3 times a week. So 10 weeks later and the pan is not great at all. It was cured initially by following manufacturers instructions, never dishwasher. Only used hot water to clean and elbow grease. Pan always had oil in it each time. Yet it has been sticking now for 2.5 weeks and getting worse. I cannot recommend this as it currently stands to anyone. 1st photo is the state of yhe pan after 2 intensive washes. The 2nd photo after 18 washes!!. As they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
