Although the sizing chart does mention these are "Asian sizes and to order two sizes up if not Asian sized individual" - I usually wear a medium but I ordered a large. Although a little snug, it fits well, looks great, feels great and holds the goods well also. The style is perfect so the strings hug over your hips well. It is low rising so will sit rather far below the belly button but not so low it will not support/hold the needed goods. Overall, great price for a three piece set and feels amazing! Very comfortable to wear all day, use for working out/sports or just lounging around.
