The device now has a perplexing and frustrating problem: when plugged in, all the indicator lights blink continuously, suggesting it's taking a charge. When I unplug it, however, it's completely dead and won't power any devices. Plugging it back in immediately shows all lights lit up, as if it's fully charged, which is clearly not the case. This behavior makes it completely useless as a portable power source. Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of product support. Not easy to chase customer support *************** Updates **************** Initially, I had given this product a lower rating because my wireless power bank stopped working. However, after I contacted the company, their customer service was excellent. They quickly scheduled a pickup for the faulty power bank and sent me a brand-new replacement. I'm very impressed with their service and am happy with the new product.
