Really great with G fuel energy drinks!
I’m still using it to this day to spice up my Gfuel energy drinks! Makes the flavor pop and enrich a lot more. Can’t have a GFuel energy without this now. Lol

Good quality
Good quality acid at a pretty average price. This is a lot less harsh than citric acid as it's the primary asset that you will find an apples and good for products that don't want the overly harshness of citrus fruits being added.

I'm addicted, and so are my kids!
You already know this is an amazing price, but did you know that if you're addicted to sour patch kids, that you will consume so much of this stuff that you will turn into one? You are what you eat, mama always used to say. I have to hide this magical snow-sugar of dreams, otherwise my kids would steal the whole treasure chest of it and I would never see it again! ... Well, except for it being dumped out in the back corner of their bedroom (kids, am I right?) from them having a stellar idea for making a "potion" with it. They're clearly magnificent masochists', because their faces pucker so hard every time it gets in their screechy little mouths, that they start looking more like the little alien scavengers than functioning members of society. Anyways, yeah. Buy the stuff! Its super duper fun, weeee!!!

Deliciously sour; mix with soda water and flavoring drops
Deliciously sour. I bought this because I need to get off energy drinks. I don’t crave caffeine; I crave the sour tanginess that is common to most carbonated energy drinks. I mix 1/2 tsp malic acid with plain soda water, lemon juice, water flavoring drops (Stur strawberry watermelon), and stevia. It’s delicious!

Good quality, flavor
Used it with citric acid to make super juice (a technique to extend the value of citrus and reduce waste) for a cocktail party. It was excellent quality, dissolved quickly and provided excellent flavor for the margaritas I made with it. It was much cheaper and faster than squeezing a gallon’s worth of limes without sacrificing flavor and aroma. I recommend adding it to your bar program.
