My dentist wanted 460.00 for a mouth guard, I bought this for under 20.00 and it worked great. You must watch the video, I watched it 3 times before I started and then had it on as I was making the guard. I boiled the water to 170 degrees, I used a thermometer. Then followed the rest of the video instructions. Be sure your fingers are good and wet when you pick it up. My mouth guard came out perfect on the first try. This is a great product

Initially I loved the idea of having a video tutorial but I was irritated that its FB operated. The QR code directs you to FB Messenger for a video link to demonstrate the instructions. What if i didn’t have social media? Secondly the video is 18mins long. That’s excessive. Quite honestly I also don’t like the idea of leaving a social media foot print because I purchased an product- it’s an invasion of privacy. This was a business transaction & the company is reaching out in an informal way. It should be basic email customers professionally.As for the actual product- I am so disappointed. This set comes with multiple sizes 3, 4, & 6 none are labeled, annoyingly. Each guard is also universal to fit either the top or bottom row of your mouth.As far comfort, I dislike the bulge it forces on your lips. It’s bulky all around forcing your lips to protrude & subsequently drooling. It feels unnatural in the mouth. Because it’s so bulky, you only require one to sleep in. It gives you the sensation to want to chew being thick, which causes more drooling. For someone like myself this feels like a big chang. I wish this was thinner around the gums for an easier transition. As someone who had braces, I had retainers more comfortable than this. It’s too big for me. You absolutely have to keep your mouth closed or else it’ll force you to drool. I’ve attempted to use this 3nights in a row & each morning I wake up with the guard beside me because it fell out during the night. This feels likes a sports mouth guard more than an overnight grind prevention guard.For obvious reasons I understand why this can’t be returned but I am very disappointed in a waste of $20.

Great product and very easy to mold and use. Great value

I wear a night guard for teeth, grinding, and I’ve been through a few in my life. I only started having to buy them recently, and the first one I got did last me a while. But it wasn’t as comfortable as these. I’d say this one is a lot easier to Malta your teeth fits better and honestly if it comes in a pack of more than one it’s a pretty good deal for the price.

Bought this to address night time grinding. Need to scan a QR code to get video - but wait - it takes you to a sight where customer support needs to send you a link to the video. Feels a lot like social engineering. The video is long and majorly overkill. The process is not that difficult (if you’ve ever had mouth guards before). Functional - yes - but going to take time to get used to. I go about 1/2 a night and need to take it out - not exactly comfortable and I find myself chewing on it in my sleep - which is not good for TMJ.Thickness, quality, durability all good.Update on the QR code - now I’m getting messages to my Facebook Messenger account. Not exactly happy about that.
