This is a straight forward device with no chemical or any other interventions. You set the level, put it in your mouth and simply breathe in through your nose and out through the device. The setting increases the resistance to the out breathe. I was sceptical as to its effectiveness but I noticed an improvement almost immediately. If you are ill or have a lung condition I’m not sure if you should use this unless you ask your doctor. For someone that feels they are getting out of breathe too quickly or easily or need to increase their puff then this is the answer. Don’t expect any miracle cures but as a simple aid to help improve your breathing it’s good.

I bought this, its quite a good item if you can keep up with it. Helps your breathing. I think I have lost mine, but it was good whilst it was around.

I bought this to improve my cardio, so far it's been working out well the rubber mouth peace is soft and comfy.Turning the the valve at the end increases and decreases the airflow.

Really gutted as I had heard good things about this product, however mine arrived with the mouth guard off and now it will not seal and the resistance doesn’t change anything. A lot of money for something that’s broken, I have tried to find some way to contact the company but no details

Ein guter Lungentrainer. Die Widerstandsstärke kann über das Ventil eingestellt werden. Das Mundstück und das Ventil können für die Reinigung von einandergetrennt werden. Das Zusammensetzen fällt ebenfalls nicht schwer. Die Bisfläche ist sehr angenehm und tut im Mund nicht weh. Das Produkt ist perfekt verwendbar für sportliche Aktivitäten, vornehmlich Ausdauersport. Es ist jedoch zu beachten, dass es bei Benutzung zu erhöten Speichelfluss kommen kann.Insgesamt lässt sich sagen, dass das Produkt tut was es soll. Es ist nicht gerade ein optisches Highlight, aber dieser Fakt tut hier nicht wirklich was zur Sache. 😁

Product works fine. Did not come in advertised packaging, and was dirty apron arrival. Probably go for other sellers of the same design
