Fits & works well
Got this for post-OP ankle surgery as all my other ice packs (they have their own mini freezer sadly) didn't really fit around my ankle well. So I thought I'd give this 1 a try. Little beads fill the pack so it does conform pretty well. Trying to get the strap in the right position so it would stay on & not move was a tad tricky. I like that it has a cloth-like soft side so it protects your skin needing no other towels or anything. It stays cold for about 20 min, but i flipped it around so the plastic side was directly on my skin giving me an extra 10 min of cooling relief. It refreezes pretty quickly. All in all, it's a nice ice pack for post-OP ankle surgery and/or sprains

Ankle Surgery
Got this after I had ankle reconstruction surgery and it made it so much easier to ice my ankle as I needed to. It bends to fit the joint better.

Doesn’t stay frozen very long and it is small

Easy to use
I like that it has a velcro strap to secure it to wherever you need it. It has a soft side and a plastic side. I've only tried it frozen and it's okay. Doesn't last as long as I want it to, but can't expect it to stay frozen against warm skin. Hard to mold to your skin when frozen. I bought 2 so that I could use one while the other is in the freezer. Works as expected.

Great little pack for face
My mom had eyelid surgery and mentioned her regular ice packs were uncomfortable, so I sent her this. She said it’s perfect for faces and used it warm and cold.

strap is worthless
I ordered this for tennis elbow. It is VERY difficult to place the strap correctly and pull it tight enough unless you have someone else to do it for you. In addition, it slides off the pad very quickly so it will not stay in place. I plan to cut off the strap and just wrap an ace bandage around the ice pack. Could have probably done that with a plain ice pack I already had.
