The product is as described and includes five resistance bands of graduated resistance. The bands feel strong and unlikely to tear and offer the amount of resistance indicated. Whilst the packaging indicates the respective weight equivalence of the resistance the bands themselves are marked with a 5 star system indicating the resistance level of each band as well as a descriptive text from X-LIGHT to X-HEAVY. They are also colour coded indicating the resistance level. Their size is excellent for popping into a bag or keeping handy for exercise and they come with a very useful leaflet indicating exercise that can be carried out with the bands and which body areas they will work. A really useful set of bands for working all body areas a very handy size and a good addition to supplement other exercise activities such as cardio activities. I found the resistance levels appropriate for different exercises with the heavier bands good for larger muscles whereas the lighter ones were good to move down to for smaller muscles or muscle groups. In my opinion the variety of resistance levels would be good for all ages and fitness levels but before undertaking any exercise regime please consult your doctor or physician to make sure the activities you are planning to undertake is suitable for you.

When I first started unpacking these I was very dubious as they are packed in individual plasticy bags and I had to tear and peel the bags off the bands, the bands were also stuck and I had to peel them apart. However once they were unpacked they were fine. There is a good range of sizes for either someone first starting out to start gently and work up or to use on different parts of the body where different strengths are needed.They can be used singly or in unision with each other. There is no bag so they may need to be kept in the cardboard box they arrive in. The leaflet has some useful ideas for exercises.The lightest one felt quite flimsy so I put it though quite a range of exercises, and then walked around with it above my knees for a few hours and it shows no signs of wear or weakness so if looked after should last well.I use stretch/resistance bands a lot but had not tried the loops like this before as they always looked too small to be useful. I was wrong, and these may well get used more than some of my others .

Tenemos un pack de 5 gomas elasticas de diferentes resistencias ( indicado en cada goma).Ideal para hacer diferentes deportes ( yoga, pilates .. ) o para hacer entrenamientos en casa de piernas, brazos , flexibilidad...Las gomas se ven bastante resistentes y de calidad, llevo usandola algunos dias y no he notado signos de que se este deteriorando.Muy contento con ellas, para mi gusto faltaria una bolsa para guardarla o transportarla.

Si tratta di 5 loop di spessore diverso e adatti ad ogni tipo di allenamento. Lo resistenza va da extraleggeta a pesante ed è indicata sia con un colore da chiaro a scuro sia con una scritta e da stelle colorate impresse sui loop stessi. Arriva anche un prospetto che riporta i principali esercizi eseguibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Sencillas, pero de calidad.Se ven resistentes y duraderas y nos ofrecen diferentes niveles de dureza, lo que nos permite usarlas para los diferentes ejercicios.Como pega decir que el agujero que se crea es un poco estrecho y nos permite hacer muna extensión a la hora de ejercitarnos, es algo con lo que no había contado, no siendo mayor problema la verdad.En líneas generales muy muy contenta con ellas y muy recomendables.

Uso questi elastici per la fisioterapia e fino ad ora devo dire che mi sono trovata bene.
