My family really enjoyed this product and we will be using it again in the future.This was the first time I had ever considered using online shopping for any of my food. Amazon Grocery had a pretty good selection of dry supply items. Everything that I ordered came nicely packed and wasn't damaged at all. These items where very easy to make and they all tasted great. When I made this purchase I had a coupon for $25 of on an order of $75 or more. It was really nice that Amazon kept track of how many items you had in your box and how much space was left. Each item also showed how much space it would take up in the box, so you had an idea of what else might fit in the box. After I had the box completely filled I simply checked out as usual and a few days later it showed up at my houseOverall these items where great and I will be ordering again in the future. What a great way to get your shopping done with out leaving the comfort of your own home.

Good pantry staple, good quality, love the spinach version

It is strange-- what Amazon seems to have done is combine reviews for different varieties of products from the same brand. This creates confusion when reading the comments about the product. In this case, I purchased Orecchiette (small flying saucer shaped pastas) and that is what I received. But the link to my purchase now shows a photo & reviews for Casarecce (longer, twisted tube like noodles). Both are Barilla brand boxed pastas, but they are very different in how they cook and how they should be used.That said, my review is for the Orecchiette because that is what I purchased. I prefer buying my pastas in a box rather than bags simply because they store better in the pantry when boxed. I love Barilla pastas and will always select them when available in the shape or style of noodle I am looking for, Also, for the most part, they have kept the packaging to a full pound and I appreciate that. So many older recipes call for a pound of uncooked pasta, but few companies package them as such these days.

I am not that big of a fan of this shape, but Barilla is the best box pasta their is. It holds sauce better and stays al dente easier than other brands. I don't care if others are less expensive, I will always buy this brand even if it's not on sale.

I wasn't sure how these would be because they are dried as opposed to purchasing fresh pasta, I have to say there is very little difference in taste and texture once they have been cooked. They are delicious, I used them in my Italian Wedding soup and they were wonderful and were well liked, no one knew they hadn't been fresh pasta. I love that I can keep them on hand in the pantry closest to use anytime I want them. I will definitely buy again. I do like the Barilla line of products you can't go wrong with any product that they offer.

I love Barilla pasta because it always seems to cook up with the perfect texture, even if I forget and overcook it a little. I love the Orecchiette shape (And I love to say Orecciette! The name sounds so authentically Italian!) It's also difficult to find this particular shape in our local stores so I was happy to see it on Amazon.I used it with a white cream sauce with fresh basil and Parmesan.

It is hard to find good pasta, but Barilla is usually pretty reliable. I was surprised how much I liked this kind though. Great texture, maintained the al dente that I love without having the chewy-ness of a lot of pasta brands. The only thing I didn't like about this kind is that because of the shape they really do stick together pretty often. I found that if I stir basically the whole time they come out perfectly... but I had to stir the whole time. Don't get me wrong, i have every intention of exploring the entire Collezione.

I love the taste of Barilla Tortellini. A great quick side dish. Also a wonderful base for a main coarse with shrimp, chicken, or pork added. Ordering is another issue. Because there were so many reviews saying they ordered this thinking they would receive 3 bags and only got 1 bag, I called Amazon customer service BEFORE I placed my order. I told the rep the product description says 3 bags but many are saying they only received 1 bag. I wanted to make sure that I was ordering 3 bags before placing my order. After putting me on hold for a few minutes, the customer rep came back and assured me I would get 3 bags. I DIDN'T! I received 1 bag. I called immediately and got a refund.
