Heavy Punching Bag for Adults Teens, Freestanding Bag with Gloves and Pump

Really good

We bought this punching bag for our teen and it has been a huge hit. It was easy to set up, feels very sturdy once filled, and has held up great to daily use. The base stays in place, even with hard punches and kicks, which was important for us. Our teen uses it for workouts and stress relief, and it’s been a great way to keep them active at home. We also appreciated that it came with gloves and accessories, so everything needed was included. Overall, it’s a solid, well-made product and a great option for teens who want a fun way to burn energy. Would definitely recommend!

I get a good exercise using this and that is the goal. But it is punching a big balloon, there is no resistance to the punches. The bounce back will smack ya in the face. But is started using the bounce back into my work out by dogging and blocking it.

This punching bag is pretty great value for what we spent. It took a lot of effort filling up the bottom with water, so something to keep in mind for both location of placement, and your plan for getting that filled up— be ready for pitcher after after pitcher of water and praying that it won’t spill 😆. It has been a great exercise/frustration outlet for my kids to use this punching bag, and good exercise for us adults as well. I like that when we do decide to move it at some point, we could just drain the water and easily fold it up. Air does leak routinely, but it’s fairly easy to plug in the pump and fill it back up. It seems to be quite durable for home use, and overall is great quality for the price point! We did purchase the kids size punching gloves separately.

I was expecting something a little more substantial than a bag of air. The base is fine and stays more-or-less in place, which I filled with sand as the idea of filling it with water and the potential for leaking out onto my floors didn't appeal at all. I filled the top as full as the air pump would allow but the bag pretty much flops all over when you hit it with any real force. The overall function is more of a child's toy than an adult workout bag. As part of a cardio routine it's okay but for kick boxing or anything heavy-duty it's woefully inadequate.

It did look great and set up was a breeze. But it ended up not holding air in the top. I searched all over for maybe a hole but I couldn't find anything. So maybe a defect at the valve is seams.

This is a great option for both beginners and more experienced users who want to train at home. it’s excellent for cardio, stress relief, and technique training. Definitely worth the price!

Doesn't keep air for more than 2 days. Very annoying. Thinking of returning it

Not what I had in mind, air slips out quickly

It’s a very nice product. Can be used for home gym/boxing practice purpose. However the only negative point is that the air gets deflated very quickly so you will have to inflate it every time you use it. But that’s okay because they provide an electric air pumping machine which is very hassle free to inflate the bag.
