I was expecting this to have a burning, alcohol-type feel/taste to it, but was pleasantly surprised to find it was delicious! Tastes like cherry water. So far so good when using this as well. It seems to do what it claims, but for all I know this is my mind messing with me. I really don't think that it is though. I practice intermittent fasting on a regular, almost daily basis. Usually around 10:30AM, I get that noisy gurgle in my stomach, as my body comes to terms with the fact that it won't be getting breakfast. Occasionally it is accompanied by some hunger pains. All of this is gone on it's own after an hour or so. I have noticed when using this product, that the 10:30 event doesn't happen. If it does, it isn't nearly as severe as other days. I can't help but think these drops play a part in that. I will continue to use, and continue to enjoy it's tasty cherry flavor. The only thing that was somewhat confusing for me was the dosage. Instructions state to take 1mL daily, but there is no marking on the dropper indicating how much is 1mL. Is it a whole dropper full? Half? One drop? This was not clear to me, so can easily lead to me taking too much or not enough of the product. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but may be of concern for others. Just something worth mentioning. Overall though, I am very pleased with this.

SO, it does taste OK (not overly pleasant or sweet) but can take it easily by the dropper plain, but I just cannot say if it has done anything for my metabolism or not. I have not lost weight or noticed anything significant after more than 2 weeks of taking this, but will continue as perhaps it is doing something. No negative effects noted.
