They are nice lights and it was funny seeing the sprouts growing toward the lights from different directions. They provide the right spectrum of light for vegetables. My only complaint is the so called "timer" setting. It's a 1 time thing. You set the timer, the light stays on for that long then turns off. You then have to manually reset the timer. Forget about using a digital timer, once the lights go off, they stay off, even when the digital timer turns back on. So if you want a "set it & forget it" day/night cycle you just can't do it. Might have to look into splicing them into an Arduino to take over control of the timer function. I mean, these are awesome grow lights, the timer function is just a deal breaker. I tried leaving them on 24/7 but I think it killed the plants. After a little over a week they were all dead. If you are handy or tech savvy buy them!
