The Lost Soul

Having read the first 2 thought I should read number three. It's good but I am struggling to read, not because it is hard work, it just isn't as good as the first two in my opinion. Still will finish though because I need to know what happens in the end.Also if you are buying because of the programme don't bother because apart from the names, it has nothing to do with it at all!!

I really wish I hadn't bothered .....I thought book 1 was promising and when I heard it was picked up for a tv series then the trilogy must be worth reading ....wrong !Book 2 ....separate reviewThis book ....the book is about witches but Jane has no clue about her power, then the book seems to spend lots of time , pages discussing strength of each witches power , comparing constantly to each other ...but still Jane is clueless.Her main love interest is never there and keeps disappearing all over the globe and is then killed just when you think they will unite. Jane never seems to know how she feels about him until he dies.Jane becomes more than a bit annoying and and no interesting characters ( and there's lots of them ) until Penelope near the end.There story could have been very good but instead the author seems to have lost her way and just filled the pages with Jane's mindless drivel.So disappointed

have read all the books and really enjoyed them,nothing like the tv series though,some names are the same but the personalitys of the characters and the plot are very different,a good read though for anyone who likes A BIT OF WEIRDNESS in their lives.

I bought the first book because of the tv series but found that they have nothing really in common except the address and the name of the heroine. Had to continue reading as needed to know the end!

A fantastic mystical and magical story that kept me turning the pages right till the end. This will appeal to anyone wanting a different take on the usual stories of witches.

The entire trilogy was a great easy read. It was a real page Turner.All loose ends were tied up neatly.The series apparently based on the book has no t thing in common with it at all. I would recommend to readers who were fans of the Charmed tv series.

Thoroughly enjoyed book 1, 2 and 3. I watched the TV series but the books are not anything like the series.

Excellent book. Keeps you riveted all the way through. Excellent author. Will certainly read more of this authors books.10 out of 10.
