Poor quality
I paid £32 and ordered 2.First problem 4 long screws from each package missing, should be 4 short and 8 long, I got 4 x short and 4 x long in each.package, luckily I had some similar, but if not!!!The support pieces, 2 per kit,,were too long, so I had to cut both ends on 4 pieces, when you assemble using the pre drilled holes (only on the one piece) not the frame it is not square!!!Three off the uprights were split, 2 on one kit 1 on the other so I haf to cut off and drill holes again, the 2 shelfs distort the frame completely,,they pull the legs in. ThereAre no diagonal front supports has per the picture. So I got what I paid for!!!

Very useful
Kit arrived on time and it took about an hour to assemble on my own. An assistant is recommended. The finished bench has certainly made it easier to carry out many gardening tasks and is a good height to work at. Seems sturdy enough so far but will probably need tightening up occasionally. I applied a coat of preservative to prolong its life. The shelf underneath accommodates a good sized plastic box to keep tools, seed packets, boxes of fertilisers etc in, so everything is to hand. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Sturdy as a lilo, robust as a blancmange
I can't really decry this too much, as it is after all very, very cheap.I managed to assemble it. Instructions are minimal. It is compact and useful. However, it is made of poor quality wood, full of knots. The bench as supplied doesn't even have the 2 front stiffening brackets shown in the promotional image. The manufacturer appears to have decided that they can get away with leaving these components out.As a result, it is fragile.Details:The pre-fitted parts are held together with fairly feeble staples. Some already have failed. The metal top to the bench is made of extremely thin, warpable material, perhaps 1mm thick, so just a veneer with little rigidity, that is crudely stapled to the wooden slats that form the bench deck.I can't see this bench lasting a year in an exposed/outdoor location. Probably OK in a potting shed or greenhouse.

Good customer service, hopefully item will stand the test of time
Overall happy with this item, it feels a little flimsy until fully put together and even now I’m not sure the screws holding the legs on are long or strong enough, one actually snapped in half whilst trying to use it. It’s a fair price for this item though and as it’s going in my shed and not exposed to the elements I hope it will serve me for a little while.I did not receive the correct number of screws initially but an email elicited a quick response and the rest were sent to me promptly, somfull marks for customer service

Not worth the money!
The item arrived but some sections had come apart due to the small staple nail fixings used!. There were no screws in the package (as described) - I re-fixed the separated sections using longer fixing nails and assembled the unit with screws but added in some rear "gussets" for lateral sturdiness. The timber is soft box-wood ........ I was not impressed.

Sturdy little bench for the price
Thought this was great for the price. Slightly awkward to assemble as some of the pieces needed a lot of pressure to get them to line up but now that it’s finished it’s sturdy and does the job.

You get what you pay for - its cheap
I have a good one, after raiding my parts bin to make this half decent. Instructions are poor, not enough info on were to fit the lower shelf so if you're not a competent DIY-er you'll really struggle. Half the screws were missing and the edging around the top is fitted crooked so at some point I'll take that off and fit it properly as it will drive me mad.

A waste of money
The media could not be loaded. I ought to have listened to the countless reviews on here with complaints. In my desperation for a reasonably priced potting bench I still bought this. As my video shows and as other reviewers have stated the wood is of extremely poor quality - I’d say pay cheap pay twice but £39.99 isn’t exactly cheap. The wooden legs are very thin and are not drilled so you either have to screw in the screws by hand or drill holes. As I was fixing mine (returning heavy items doesn’t seem an option) the tiny staple pins holding one side of the top came loose and had to be nailed. I fix flat packs from IKEA and Amazon a lot put up small shelves and have no problem. Not only was the wood really poor quality and difficult to assemble - the construction design is so bad that despite firming screws as much as possible and ensuring it’s all flush the legs are wobbling. Whilst the rack may help stabilising I dread screwing it on here - the few holes offered here are inaccessible when trying to put this together. If you are a handyman or have one in your home this may be manageable but even then it will be a poor quality item - it seems like it’s made out of scrap wood. Poor quality and waste of money :(
