I absolutely love the Jelens 2-in-1 Treadmill! It’s quiet, easy to assemble, and perfect for small spaces with its compact design and wheels for easy movement. The safety clip and remote control add convenience, and I appreciate that it can be used as both a walking pad and a treadmill, reaching speeds up to 6 mph. It effectively tracks calories, time, and distance, making it great for keeping up with fitness goals. For those who are older, I recommend sliding it out of the box first, making it much easier to set up. I love it so much that two of my friends (all of us over 65 and avid walkers) have also purchased one. It’s been a fantastic solution for staying active indoors, especially in bad weather. Highly recommend!

The treadmill itself is wonderful and excellent for the value. It pretty much came assembled and just had to twist two knobs to stand up the hand rail. Not too heavy overall! I just had to put some of the belt lubricant and i was off and running within 20 minutes of bringing it inside the house. However, it has absolutely the worst phone holder that anyone could have used. It just does not make any sense. It’s too short, too narrow, and the adjustable piece does not allow for a tablet. When i put my phone in landscape mode on the stand, the thing presses every single button that’s at the bottom of my phone. The cherry on top is that the latch to secure your phone can pinch down on your fingers if you’re not careful removing it. I just cannot get over how terrible this part is in comparison to the amazing quality of the rest of the treadmill! Again, the treadmill itself is great per the 5 star rating and is highly recommended especially when it is on sale but just uh, watch out for the phone holder

Very pleased with this walking pad. A great value for seniors, or anyone not wanting to invest in a heavy bulky full-sized athletic treadmill with a lot of features at triple the price. Takes up much less room also. A simple machine, easy to operate after reading the instructions, a must before attempting to use the machine and learning how it functions. Quality is good, machine is heavy and sturdy, does not shift while running, but does not fold up too easily because of the weight. It arrived in good condition but I had to have someone assemble it which went o.k. The optional handle or bar did not fold down easily as shown in the video (had to be loosened with a wrench). However, I would definitely recommend this model WITH the bar for safety’s sake. It took a little time to learn the remote and the “pairing “ sequence to get the unit started. There is a remote control holder on the side of the bar but a magnetic remote or a place on TOP of the bar would be more convenient. Buttons on the remote are black on black which is hard to see. Safety features are good, belt pauses and then starts moving when user is in place. It does get to a fairly rapid speed for running. The LED lights on the panel are a bit small to read for old eyes, but the ‘START’ and ‘STOP’ are more visible in RED. Another reason to have the bar, all controls are right there at waist-height. The stride length in this model was slightly longer than others I looked at, and it was perfect. There is an emergency “stop” button on the panel and also if the user would fall and pull off the emergency clip, the belt will stop. This particiular model does not have an incline but I would not use it anyway, prefer the flat. Very nice little machine for a senior.

This was such a perfect choice; the size is right so I can use it while listening to TV , it folds up easily, the controls are easy to understand.. a stop/start , a plus a minus for speed on the handlebar and a digital read out on the base of the treadmill where you walk telling you how long you’ve walked - what speed you’re going and a clock are just a few things that pop up as you walk. There is also an emergency button to pull, but to be honest with you if you hit stop or start it does that very slowly so you have a chance to step off. There is also a remote control that attaches to the side of the handle that is easily reached. There is no noise level. It’s very quiet. The plug for this is at the front of the treadmill, and there is a little red switch to turn off or on. I would definitely recommend this product to others

Worth every penny! From a calm walk to a full run. Fold down the bar to walk & work or store under a bed. Bar up to control speed and go from walk to run. Remote for start/stop. Display screen goes thru distance, speed, time, and calories burned. So quiet, you can be on zoom and walking with no problem. Super light weight and easy to move. I waited a year to review so suffice it to say it is very durable.

I’ve been using this walking pad for a year now, and I’m really impressed. It was easy to set up, runs quietly, and fits perfectly under my desk for walking while working. The speed range is ideal for both light walking and a brisk pace, and the remote control makes it easy to adjust on the go. The walking pad is well made and I have had it for close to 2 years now and its been working fine. When I first received it there was a part missing, and I had to return the original equipment and order a 2nd one. Back then I tried to write the manufacturer, Jelens, but there was zero customer server at all, if you call the company the phone just rings forever and there was no email or working contact method. Now 2 years later I tried to contact them again and its the same: zero customer support. I think that in 2026 any real company should have some basic level of support for their products, and for that reason I suggest buyers look for similar products from other companies that offer support for their products and parts.
