Its adjustable and that's key if you your wrists are somewhere between "adult human" and "feral Victorian child". Durability? Spiritual armor tier. At the price point, I keep them stocked like emotional bandaids. Would buy again, and have... I'm on my 3rd pack. Easy to slip on, tighten. Thickness has not been an issue. 10/10 - LOVE this product.

Im disappointed i just recieved the product and put one on my son and not even a few minutes and the 7th knot string that keeps the bracelet on came undone and fell off as soon as it was put on i will try the others and if they last and dont fall apart maybe I will update the review but I got this pack specifically because it had 4 in the pack which is the quantity I needed so now I have to order from elsewhere to have enough of them
