Item came in an opened box with torn top and bottom. Makes me very upset as it cannot be returned!! Bottle had the plastic wrapper around it still but it was very dusty! I need to throw it away for food and safety reasons!! Waste of money... ugh! Update 10/18/2024, that I needed to post earlier. Seller is great! Seller did reach out to resolve the situation as soon as I posted my 1st review. Seller resolved situation and did not ask anything in exchange like some other sellers do after you post an honest review. I went ahead and reordered the item and I am almost done with this bottle. Product came in good shape this time, box still not sealed but clean. Maybe package should be reinforced or upgraded to protect product. Product itself seems to be working with improving focus and memory. **I will update my review just due to this reason nothing else, from 1 to 3 stars. Just be aware packaging is not optimal but product seems to be effective and does what it says.
