I normally stay away from any product using xylitol as it has a glycemic index of 7 vs erythritol which has 0, but I made an exception with this product as I need a honey substitute for making Keto honey mustard. This product works amazingly as a honey substitute for this. I’ve made it many many times and tastes like regular Honey mustard. It’s my go to condiment for everything from chicken, hot dogs, burgers, etc... Recipe is super easy: 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup mustard( I have used both dijon & yellow BUT yellow, in my opinion, works best) and 3 TBL Nature’s Hollow honey substitute. Whisk & viola, keto honey mustard.

Living a Keto lifestyle, honey is not Keto-friendly. I normally stay away from any product using xylitol as it has a glycemic index of 7 vs erythritol which has 0, but I made an exception with this product as I need a honey substitute for making Keto honey mustard. This product works amazingly as a honey substitute for this. I’ve made it many many times and tastes like regular Honey mustard. Love it. Products find as usual. Amazon delivery service SUCKS,SUCKS. I have pacific delivery instructions on my profile not to leave one or any darn package on my door step because of my little dogs. There a shopping cart right beside the door steps WITH A STOP & DELIVER PACKAGES HERE SIGN. And I'll be darn just like the Nasty Amazon driver that duplicated & urine on customer steps This nasty one put Mt package on steps so dogs can get at it
