This supplement worked well for me as an intra workout drink I like the fact that it has both amino acids and hydration blend because I sweat a lot during training and this helps me stay refreshed the taste is different from regular fruity flavours but still enjoyable and not too sweet I have seen better endurance in my sessions and I am able to complete my sets with more consistency mixing is easy and there is no clumping which is a plus for daily use
