CORREXIKO Premium Marine Collagen Powder Unflavored 5oz Premium

First of all, I bought this product bcz I noticed wrinkles appearing on my once beautiful skin. Serums did nothing but hydrate my skin. They didn’t have any effect upon the wrinkles. Upon doing much research, I learned about the beautifying effects of collagen, so I decided on Marine Collagen. People need to understand that it will be a little clumpy, but it does dissolve & has No taste. If you get a product that isn’t clumpy, then it probably doesn’t have collagen in it. I mix 2 scoops a day with distilled water & it’s just a little clumpy & I stir it until it all dissolves. I absolutely LOVE this product! When I 1st started taking it, I noticed changes in my skin in less than 2 weeks. My skin became plumper & more firm & my wrinkles started disappearing. I was totally floored! I would look in the mirror & think “is this really happening?” But it Was happening! And my nails were growing for the 1st time EVER! My joints weren’t aching & overall, I started feeling younger. You can’t put a price on that. I took 2 scoops every day for 2 months & then I made a major mistake, which taught me a lesson I’ll never forget. A famous maker of expensive vitamins just happened to be having a sale on marine collagen with MSM, so I decided to part with a lot of money to try his brand. After 2 weeks of using his collagen, I noticed that all the gains I had made were quickly disappearing, & my wrinkles along with my sagging skin were reappearing! I was devastated & in a panic. I called up the distributor of his collagen & found out that they get their collagen from farm raised fish. Right then I decided to send back his bottle & I promptly called Amazon to place a monthly subscription order for Marine Collagen, who gets their collagen from free swimming fish in the ocean. I had spent $200.00 on that inferior product, but I learned an important lesson that just bcz something is more expensive doesn’t mean it’s necessarily a better product. And, if you find something that works incredibly well for you, why the hell would you be looking elsewhere in the 1st place? THAT was my biggest mistake! But, I learned my lesson & will be using this superior product until the day I die. What really bothers me is the amount of money I’ve wasted on “serums”. All they really do is hydrate your skin. I forgot a basic truth that “you are what you eat”. While collagen can help you if you ingest it, any serum containing collagen is just a waste of money bcz the collagen molecule is way too large to be absorbed into the dermis layers of the skin where it’s needed to affect any type of change. Anyway, I just can’t say enough about this wonderful product! Marine Collagen has become my #1 ultimate beauty product in my daily regimen. I can honestly say Marine Collagen delivers on All of it’s promises, which is pretty rare, especially in the beauty & skin care business. 5 STARS!❤️

I am not the kind of person who bothers to write a review for anything at all. I know, not very helpful to people looking to buy the product. However, this product has impressed me enough that I am taking my time to write a review about it. I ordered it not too long ago ( less than couple of weeks). The first time I took it was with warm water, a spoon full of turmeric and that's it. It took about two minutes to dissolve completely with stirring. So, I drink it, go to bed, not expecting anything at all. Next morning after waking up, I immediately noticed that there was a spring in my step that was not there before. My legs just felt more energetic! Okay, fine. Could be placebo. However, within just couple of days of use, I saw the (very) fine lines on my forehead filling out, literally just filling out and the skin on the rest of my face was getting firm and glowy. I increased the dosage. I was taking two tbsp with my green tea in the morning. Now I take additional 2 tbsp with turmeric and warm water in the evening as well. Skin is getting better, faster! I am someone who always had great skin and looked about 12 years younger than my age. I am in my late 30s. I have always eaten a healthy diet and exercised. Never worn sunscreen though. They make me break out (oily skin). I do not have any fancy skin care routine except clean and moisturize. Just regular stuff, no retinol, as I am sensitive to it. However, recently I noticed that due to a prolonged health issue over past few months, my skin had become lack luster and although there were no wrinkles, my skin was not feeling very healthy. After adding this collagen to my daily diet, it is a whole different story. I am halfway through the bag and I am enjoying firm, smooth skin on my face and neck. It is also a good appetite suppressant. Taken before a meal, it helps me eat a satisfying meal without over indulging. It does not have any strong smell and zero taste, so goes great with tea, coffee, juice, smoothie etc. I fully expect after a few more bags of this marine collagen, I might achieve the complexion of a fetus :-) It's too early to tell the effect on nails and hair yet. If the skin is benefitting so much, hair and nails must be getting their shares as well. Will definitely buy again.

This is my second time ordering this brand. I wanted to use 1 full container before I wrote any reviews. The good, the bad and the itchy. Ok, onward with the review. This mixes quite well in warm to hot drinks. If you want cold drinks a blender is needed, or you can shake it forever in a bottle if you want. No judgment. I bought this for help with pain in my joints; I don't know how it does on normal age related arthritis but for my autoimmune inflammatory arthritis it lessened the pain a bit. Not a miracle cure for me that some others have expressed. It does help though. Hair growth! Anyone who has been through any chemotherapy can tell you that your hair after chemo can suck. Like massive suck, refuses to grow, falls out, feels and looks like hair that was permed then bleached. This worked wonders!! Not only is my hair growing but it's coming in soft, shiny and I have edges again! Growing fast, like pregnancy fast. Seriously, try this for hair growth if nothing else. Skin, I haven't notice any changes yet. Weightloss, this was a bit of an oops, be careful it can cause you not to feel hungry. At all . That was the good. Now for the bad. This can and does cause some pretty wicked bloating. Be prepared for that and ease yourself into a higher amount. Diareah, most unpleasant , once again go slow on the amount at first. I jumped in right as instructions said. That was dumb of me. Don't do that. Remember the itchy? Yeah, this was my fault as I didn't know but this product like most collagen is high in arginine. Arginine can make asthma worse it can also cause you to have a shingles flare. ( chicken pox for adults yay!) So if you can't get the shingles vaccine just be aware. If you have asthma, be aware. Overall, I really like this product. Despite it giving me a shingles flare.

First and foremost, I won't write a good review for a product like this unless: 1. I really, truly like it; 2. Feel it does what is is supposed to (or more), and 3. I have used it for a decent amount of time to decide about #2. CORREXIKO's Premium Marine Collagen Peptides from Wild Caught Fish Skin is AMAZING! I have been using collagen peptides or protein powders for several years now and have tried many different, popular brands and types (vegan; non-GMO; grass-fed; beef, chicken, and fish) for several months at a time to test how the specific product works for me. I can honestly say that CORREXIKO's marine collagen peptides are outstanding. This is a product that I can absolutely say has made a difference with my skin, hair, and nails and I have been using this product daily since December 2018. My hair has grown faster and I have new hair sprouting up all the time. My hairdresser recently commented on my hair growth and asked me what I was doing so I bought her a bag for her own use. This is how confident I am in this great product! My nails are also the strongest they have ever been. I take other supplements to help with things like "gut health" so I won't make any statements about this aspect. I have only used these peptides in hot beverages and use a wire whisk to help get everything dissolved. I find that they dissolve much easier if I add the peptides to my mug first and then pour the hot liquid in and stir. I cannot comment on how easy this dissolves in cold or tepid liquid. Given that this is a wild fish-based product, one might be apprehensive about trying it. There is no discernible taste or aftertaste so you don't have to worry about fish coffee. Get I get an Amen?! Give this product a try. You won't regret it! This is truly my own opinion. I haven't received any compensation or free product. Just got this about 4 days ago, within 2 days the junior rheumatoid arthritis pain I've had in my left leg since I was 4 years old disappeared. It was so bad I would wake up my parents crying for help. Now, in my 30's, it has gotten worse after having two babies back to back. I have been drinking this in conjunction with Naturebell Wheatgrass and Nox3 superfood. I'm loving all three products. I cannot attest to the anti-aging abilities of this product which was the true reason for buying this as my skin has lost it's glow due to lack of sleep. I just felt that I needed to write a review for those out there with possibly the same issues. After mixing with a shake or in water, still some clumps but it's really no big deal. No funky taste, no fishy smell. Good luck! Update: Collagen mixes well in water, room temperature, cold, etc. Must be the smoothie texture that makes it sticky. So far so good, joint pain/back pain is down. Skin hasn't been breaking out. It's been a week and change. Will continue to update. Update2/June2018: Pain level is way down, I've started working out at home. My knee pain is gone!!! My back feels stiff but there's no pain. After a couple stretches I'm good to go. Hair and nails, I haven't seen anything worth noting. My skin does look healthy though, I looked twice in the mirror yesterday because there is something good happening there. I really wanted to like this because of the value. I had been purchasing another brand of marine collagen, but it was sold in individual serving packets and wasn't priced as well. After reading the reviews here I was eager to try with the hope it would work as well or better. Unfortunately I found the value the only plus and I will be going back to my previous brand. On the positive about this product, the taste is much better in that I really find it bland and flavorless. I typically just drink my collagen straight with about 5 ounces of hot water. One of the biggest drawbacks to this product to me is that it does not blend well at all. I tried everything from putting the powder in the mug and then adding water, adding water then the powder, to mixing a little at a time, and any other method I could think of and yet I still often ended up swallowing lumps of powder. It wasn't pleasant. Probably the biggest complaint is that I found my joints were not feeling as great as they had been the previous couple of months. This could be a fluke, but in addition my nails have been chipping more frequently and I have also noticed my hair is a bit thinner. I did see that my previous product included both Collagens 1 & 3, so I don't know if that has made a difference since this only claims to contain Collagen 1. Overall, if you can deal with the lack of blending and you want a good value, this would be an okay product. If you want better joint, nail, hair support in a product that blends easily, I would keep shopping.

Excellent product. I haven’t noticed any fishy taste or aftertaste with this product. I’ve tried many different bovine collagen products with some results but this seems to work the best for me. I’ve had much less hair loss with this and have noticed hair growth and thickness which is awesome! I also started adding some bamboo extract powder which I think adds to the effects with hair skin and nails. I’m 52 and have noticed hair thinning over the years so it’s been my mission to conquer this issue! I’ve been to MD’s OBGYN’s Dermatologist you name it who all pretty much said (after all lab results came back normal) that it’s just part of aging or just roll their eyes and give no helpful recommendations. The Dermatologist prescribed spirolactone which seemed to help for awhile but I would not recommend! That was about 10 years ago so this has been a long journey for me. This drug is a dietetic and is extremely dehydrating which = aging of pretty much everything....you can’t drink enough water in my opinion to stop this side effect from this drug. Either way it’s a bandage and doesn’t fix the problem. It’s something your body is deficient in and DHT (if all other health issues have been eliminated) that’s what my conclusion has come to. That along with inflammation which also increases as we age. Turmeric helps a lot to decrease this. I also started taking Beau-T at the recommendation of my witch doctor lol ~ I call her this with much love! She is a NA (naturalpathic specialist). I’ve noticed the best results with all of these little supplements I’m giving my body to stay healthy and feel good for as long as I can (preferably with hair) lol. Hope this helps someone struggling with the same issues! Healthy organic food choices staying hydrated and excercise (movement of any kind is better than nothing) are also extremely important! This is one of the best Marine collagen I’ve used. It truly has no flavor and mixes effortlessly perfectly in any drink I choose to put it in. I will be purchasing more.

I think this is good but only just started it so too early to tell.

I have tried a fair few brands of collagen on the market. Some have been terrible and some contained hardly any real collagen at all and have bulked their product up with a host of synthetic vitamins, hyaluronic acid (make me puffy) and fillers. This accounts for most on the market if you check the ingredients. What I love about this brand is that there is nothing synthetic added and I add a teaspoon in my hot drink in the morning which acts as a creamer and you cannot taste it at all! You are in control of how much collagen you want to consume and it is good quality marine collagen. As for results, I have noticed my skin is more even, neck lines are less pronounced and my mood has seen a slight improvement. I wish it was a bit cheaper but it works out good value if you work out how much collagen powder you get in comparison to what is in other branded tablets.

I took it for my ligaments that used to hurt and now they feel good but it did take a long time (4 months). I also noticed that my nails are growing vey fast now and need to be trimmed much more often. I haven't seen any major impact to the skin or hair so far.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Das Pulver hat einen leichten Geruch, aber es ist wirklich geschmacksneutral. Lässt sich in Kaffee, Müsli, Suppen etc. einrühren und löst sich nach ein paar mal Umrühren gut auf. Zum Effekt kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, da ich es erst sechs Wochen nehme, allerdings bilde ich mir ein, dass meine Haare schneller wachsen und es auch den Appetit zügelt. Die Verträglichkeit ist auch gut. Noch ein Tipp: beim Öffnen der Packung vorsichtig sein und auch, wenn man es aus der Tüte in ein Gefäß umfüllt: das Pulver ist extrem fein und ,staubt’ ziemlich! Abzug gibt es beim Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis: als ich nachbestellt habe, gab es nur noch die kleinen Packungen, die unverhältnismäßig teuer sind! Ich hoffe, Amazon bietet bald wieder den Vorteilspack an.
