Once I had worked out how I could wear it to the most advantage for me I found it easier to position against my spine but also to help me maintain my posture especially when walking it is in fact very comfortable. it also has the advantage of keeping me warm but probably too warm in a heat wave but I am satisfied that it is such a good product at this price point.
