I couldn't fit this over my hips. I'm a 29" waist and a 39" hip, so I'm centered in the "Medium" category on the size chart. This was technically true-to-size, as the waist was about 28", but the waist wouldn't stretch the 39" to fit over my bum. I have several other mediums in several other brands and they're all fine, so I guess the quality of this skort just isn't great.
