After consuming shakes with Whey Isolate protein for years, I wanted to try something different. Also, since I never tried a protein that comes with creatine, I decided to try Birdman’s Falcon Performance Protein. After trying it for a few days, I can say this will be my go-to post-workout protein. Don’t let the Plant-Based label deter you. The Choco Bronze flavor tastes great mixed with water and/or milk, and is great to add to a smoothie of your liking. A huge positive is the Recovery Blend. I felt an immediate difference consuming this after a tough workout, not feeling any soreness, and even had a boost of energy. I tried another it another day after another tough workout, and it yielded the same results. Another great thing about this protein is that it is free of Soy, Gluten or Dairy, so it’s a great product to try if you have trouble due to a condition or looking to eliminate those from your diet. As far as cons are concerned, there’s only minor ones. First, you will have to mix very well if you want that great taste. Lastly, take great care using the powder, as it can lead to a bit of a mess if you’re not careful. There’s a lot to like with Falcon Performance Protein. It’s a great product that can help build muscle, and your purchase goes toward a great cause. If you’re looking to try something different, you won’t be disappointed.

Love the taste and it's definitely a quality product. My only concern is the packaging. It's nearly impossible to open and close without some amount of product escaping and reaching your hand into the bag usually results in some product on your hands as well so you do waste some of the powder.

Honestly the saving grace here is the all inclusive vegan, bcaa, protein, creatine, fiber and probiotic. Flavor isn't what I would call "bad" the chocolate is fine the huge problem is the texture... Its too fine, too chalky. They honestly did a huge disservice to this by having it this fine. It doesn't mix well, it clumps in funnels, you have to shake it every minute to keep it diluted, and the powder flies everywhere if you don't have a big enough funnel. And the taste reflects this in texture as well. Honestly disappointed a good otherwise protein mix would fall short on such an obvious mistake. The sweetness is less than others which is neither here nor there a point for me but its worth mentioning to others interested in this. I guess I would say I could recommend this all the same but do wish it was better.

Yummy without the nasty chemical fillers. I use mine in a tall, morning coffee.

I wouldn't call it delicious but it's pretty good. I have a sensitive stomach but this protein powder gives me no issues. I would recommend without hesitation.

It didn't taste good; it was very powdery after mixing. It may be less expensive, but it's better to go with regular whey protein powder. It'll give you better results and be more enjoyable overall.

Buen producto, buen sabor, no cae pesado, precio no esta tan elevado en comparacion con otras proteinas de suero de leche, considerando que este es producto vegano, recomendado, sobre todo si se tiene intolerancia a la lactosa

El producto es bueno, el sabor es un poco intenso (no es malo) si solo lo tomas con leche. Si tu mezcla la haces con agua, todo perfecto. Rinde bien y buenos resultados, no cae pesado ni nada. Me tocó comprarla en oferta y si vuelve a estar a ese precio, la volvería a comprar.

Me gusta mucho esta proteína, ya que al ser vegetal es ideal para los intolerantes a la lactosa, y no cae nada pesado, además el sabor chocolate sabe bien, el que tenga creatina para mí es un plus. Creo que el precio es muy bueno.

Casi no escribo reseñas, pero vaya que esta proteína se lo merece; La llevo tomando mas de 8 meses sin ningún efecto secundario. Es la proteína mas rica que he probado hasta ahora y no conformes con tener una buena cantidad de proteína por scoop (30gr), actualizaron la fórmula anterior que contenía 3gr de creatina por porción y ahora contiene 5gr por porción, no parece mucho, pero es la dosis diaria recomendada en varios estudios científicos, y así nos evita comprar creatina por separado. De los resultados no puedo hablar porque desde que empecé a entrenar he tomado proteína y creatina de diferentes marcas, pero definitivamente he desarrollado músculo siguiendo una rutina básica, siendo constante, llevando ejercicios a la falla muscular, aplicando sobrecarga progresiva y consumiendo una buena cantidad de proteína (incluido un scoop diario de Birdamn). No queda mas que decir que te la rifaste, tío Birdman, sigue cuidando de tus consumidores que nosotros seguiremos comprando.
