Great product! I haven’t taken it long but I feel I can tell a difference. It was recommended to me from someone that’s pregnant and gets cramps often and it seems to help them within minutes.

My doctor wanted me to use this, I had low expectations because I’ve tried magnesium before and had no results. This stuff works!!! I take it at night before bed, helps me sleep and stay regular, and NOTHING helps me stay regular. Will be using this forever.

Caution the pills are a little big, so be careful while swallowing. That being said, I feel it does what it advertises, my energy production has improved & my muscle are relaxed. I've felt my health improve while taking this supplement in combination with the Thorne Vitamin D+K2, and Thorne Zinc.

I believe you get what you pay for. And this THORNE is that exactly! I have tried a lot of magnesium supplements. There are 9 different forms of magnesiums and I use them all. This is the best for helping regularity. The reviews spoke highly of this so I tried it. It's true! I'm sure it does other great things, but right now citrate I use for regularity and this THORNE Magnesium CitraMate is the real deal. Every AM I am relieved… Literally and figuratively! You get what you pay for. I even got bottles for my 5 siblings. Money is best spent for our good & good health.

One of my favourite supplements’

Con la digestión lenta, de toda la vida, evacuando cada 5 a 10 días; me propuse buscar forma de complementarme con magnesio. Leí muchas reseñas de distintas marcas, me decidí por esta que recomienda una endocrinóloga del INSTAGRAM. Así que…:Pareciera un comentario pagado, pero no lo es. Quise esperar a terminar el producto para escribir una reseña, pero es importante decir que desde el primer momento esta formulación de citramato de magnesio me ayudó a descansar mejor y poder evacuar al día siguiente . Cuando no lo tomo por un día , vuelvo al estreñimiento, así que no la dejo. Yo tomó una pastilla todos los días, al menos una hora antes de dormir. Los resultados en mi Metabolismo son excelentes. Ya he resurtido el producto. No sé cómo pude haber estado con esta deficiencia, asi hasta mis 47 años . Mi problema para evacuar es desde que tengo uso de razón, aunque tengo un año siendo tratada cómo hipotiroidismo, ni con la Medicación pude revertir esto. Llevaba más de 10 años Preguntándole a doctores que me decían era “normal no evacuar frecuentemente”, que hay gente así , me hice un par de estudios Colonoscopias, y sin resultados adicionales , todo bien. Fue hasta que el citramato de magnesio iluminó mis días, siempre supe que tenia que lograr evacuar diariamente, mi alimentación incluyendo muchos vegetales, apios y espinacas , no se lograba. Todo se acumulaba en mis intestinos. Ahora lo he logrado con ayuda del Citramato de magnesio.
