Cooks great
I absolutely love this Ninja Air Fryer XL! The 6.5-quart size is perfect for making larger portions, and the MaxCrisp feature gets food nice and crispy without needing a lot of oil. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and cleanup is simple. I also love having the different cooking functions all in one appliance. It has quickly become one of my most-used kitchen appliances. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous
I just purchased this to replace another brand that was so frustrating. This air fryer is so easy to use which makes it a joy. It is a great size, does a great job with the food I have made so far, and very attractive on the counter. Easy to clean .

Excellent Air Fryer – Still Working Perfectly After 2 Years!
I’ve had this Ninja Air Fryer for two years, and it still works perfectly! It’s spacious, easy to use, and has been very reliable. The large capacity is great for preparing meals for the whole family. I’m very happy with its performance and durability. Definitely one of my best kitchen purchases.

Powerful cooking unit, compact and easy to clean. Watch out for E2 errors requiring replacement.
Very powerful air fryer, works great to heat or cook foods. Size is compact. Unfortunately, mine started showing E2 errors almost from purchase. Unplugging and trying again fixed E2 for a short while, until a permanent E2 error failure. Called Ninja support after about 45 days from purchase, they walked me through the steps and shipped my a replacement base unit. Normally they charge $9.95 shipping on replacement but they waved costs. Two recommendations: (1) if you start seeing E2 errors get it replaced as soon as possible, definitely (2) I would purchase a protection plan if I was buying it again. It really is a pleasure to use for cooking my food. UPDATE 1: Waiting for my replacement unit, I went to a local store and bought a different Ninja air fryer so I could cook my food. Now I have two units, both great. Unfortunately my new unit also started throwing E2 errors. How could this be? Well, it seems the temperature in my cooking area was close to freezing and the thermal sensors in Ninja units is sensitive to *cold* temperatures. I purchased a small portable ceramic heating unit to preheat my Ninjas so they do not throw E2 errors on startup. If I knew this earlier I could have avoided lots of trouble. If you use your Ninja in the garage or patio area where the temperature approaches freezing - simply preheating your unit will overcome any E2 errors. Hope this helps - it seems like a design flaw, but who knows... UPDATE 2: I was frustrated trying to remove my hot food, especially when the tray is in the lowest position. The simplest solution was to get 12 inch "Hotec Stainless Steel Kitchen Tongs" here on Amazon. I bent the tong tips inward a little less than 90 degrees with pliers. Next, the tong tips are inserted into tray slots on both sides and I easily lift out the hot tray. This little trick works wonderfully.

We love our new air fryer!
We’ve never had an air fryer before and we were hesitant about making this purchase, but this air fryer is amazing! We’ve used it so many times since purchasing it that it has become one of our go to appliances when we’re cooking. The appliance doesn’t take up a lot of counter space but the inside holds a lot of food when cooking. We’ve noticed that this air fryer tends to cook food much more quickly than the time estimated in recipe book, even recipe books specifically made for this appliance. This has been one of our best purchases!

Well it's not stealthy...
For something called Ninja you'd think it'd be quieter. Other than that though it's big, easy to use, and does a pretty good job. It also doesn't kick off near as much heat as my other one so that's rather nice. But boy is it loud.

Yummm
Love this thing!! No oil means everything is healthy, right? This thing is so easy to clean and works so well. The controls are simple and easy, I’m glad there’s not a million buttons and modes to scroll through. It doesn’t smell bad, I mean unless you’re cooking something gross. Cooks ANYTHING faster than an oven.

Best purchase ever
I use it for more than a year now, you can cook anything in it! And it’s easier that in the oven! Really love it! Best purchase ever! A lot of temperature settings, ease to clean (I just put it in the dishwasher).
