The media could not be loaded. It was perfect. It’s warm enough to be comfortable with even came with an extra pillow, and the remote heating and vibrate function worked extremely well and it was very easy to assemble. It also has self-leveling feet. The padding is soft enough comfortable, but also firm enough that you’re not going to totally sink into the chair.I hope this review and photos are helpful.

Very solid chair, silent adjustments, doesn't seem like lays flat to me. Haven't slept in it yet. Get back to you in a few months.

I like everything about this chair. I especially like that the back and the footrest can be moved separately. The cupholders are nice. The cushioning is comfortable. The foot rest could be a little bit longer for my height, but I’m not sure I would get all of the other things that I like, if I look for just that specific detail. It’s roomy enough for my grandkids to sit on the arms. I would highly recommend this for the large framed man or woman.

I ordered the recliner on a Friday and had it by Tuesday of the next week. The recliner was well-built and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the recliner would not work for my wife due to her illness. I requested a return from Funecorp (seller) which they granted immediately. The owner was so concerned he granted us a full refund. I was impressed because most companies only want your money. However, this company's focus was for my wife's satisfaction, a rarity in most companies today. I received my money back promptly. This company made the interactions painless and focused on our satisfaction. I would rate their product and customer service as A++. I would do business with them again.

Listen, the customer service I received after fedex lost part of my package was amazing. I got immediate responses any time I reached out to them and they took great care of me even when it wasn't their fault. As for the chair, it is very comfortable. It may be a little bit on the stiff side for now but I have zero issues with comfort. If you want a great chair with amazing customer service and a nice price, do yourself a favor and buy this chair. You deserve it, go ahead and spoil yourself, you won't regret it.
