Promover High Waist Biker Yoga Shorts for Women with Pockets Workout Running Compression Shorts 5"/8"

I own multiple pairs of these in 2 different lengths. I struggle to find yoga pants to fit my body type but these bike short style ones are the perfect solution and I have tried several brands but these are my favorite. They are supportive and hold you in and not see-through, plus they have pockets. They are soft and do not have seams in irritating places. I have noticed seam placement is either a problem or if done correctly can actually add to the look to make them more flattering. I carry weight in my midsection and upper thighs but my legs overall are mostly toned so I like that they compress enough to accommodate the extra tummy but not too big on my legs over all The waistband is comfortable and the material is soft and still has that moisture wicking sheen instead of cotton texture. The shorter lengths are long enough to eliminate chafing without being too short and the longer ones just add enough length to give a little extra coverage. If I had one minor complaint (and it may bother someone who is OCD, but not a deal-breaker for me) is that the seams down the legs are not perfectly straight where the bottom of the pockets are because obviously they have to account for extra fabric that makes the thickness vary where the pocket goes. Barely noticeable but it is like that on all the pairs I own.

The compression, length and size were just right for me. I ordered the 8in, M. I’m 5.4 120 with a bit of a menopausal belly. I normally wear a size 6-8. I’m sure I would have been comfortable in a large. I wore all day yesterday in 99 degree weather. Walked and lifted. No roll down, no ride up. The gusset is very comfortable. The material is substantial without being overly hot. Seams are well sewn. The pockets are just right. I thought they might not fit the larger iPhone because they looked small. It kept my phone from sliding or moving just as it should. I have been looking for a while, ordering and returning others. Pleased with this purchase.

I'm usually between a small and a medium, 5'3" 130lbs, 29in waist, 39 in glutes, 22in thighs and had to size up to a large so these didn't dig in to my thighs. I couldn't even get the size small past my thighs, and the mediums fit well everywhere except my thighs. The seam at the bottom of the thighs was so tight that I had to send them back. I ended up going with a large, and because of that, there is very little support in the waist and zero tummy control. There is a top seam, but because I sized up, it doesn't dig in. They don't slide down while working out, though. And the best part: they have very little ride up! Because of this, they are completely worth the money despite not being a perfect fit because EVERY other pair of workout shorts I own (some very expensive brands) ride up my thighs and gather in the crotch area. These have just a tiny bit of extra fabric in the lower tummy/crotch area, but that's probably because I had to size up. The white snake skin and charcoal snake skin colors are squat proof on me, and they were even squat proof in size medium, which was too small for me. Heads up: the white snake skin isn't a true white... It's off white. This is actually perfect for me since my white clothes end up looking dingy over time anyway. They are very soft, pretty stretchy everywhere but the seams, have pockets on both sides, have a crotch gusset so no camel toe issues, and are high waisted (higher than my belly button). The snake skin patterns are very cellulite friendly and maybe even cellulite proof. I wore underwear with prominent seams under them, and you could barely see the panty lines. The white snake skin material is black on the inside, so when the material stretches, it doesn't get really white like other patterned bottoms do. The seam across the top of the booty is just plain and straight, but it doesn't cut off your booty or make it look short. Overall for the money, I consider these 4 out of 5. If they fixed the tight thigh seams and gave the booty seam a slight V contour, they would be perfect.

These shorts are made from great material that stretches nicely when being put on. They are not a thin skimpy material.They are confortable and not to tight nor constricting. I bought them to be the bottoms of a bathing suit and they are perfect. The legs do not ride up either. I also like their silky soft feel. I have not washed yet as I just received and tried on. I hope nothing changes. Oh, they arrived in my mailbox not via Amazon truck. I would definitely buy more of these. I am 5'8" at 143lbs. Bought a large and they fit fine.

These are the best shorts I have ever purchased. My aunt, cousin and sister felt how soft and comfy they were and we ordered leggings, capris and about 7 more shorts for everyone. They aren’t see through when you bend over and they are high waisted. I weigh 180 and I’m 5’4 carry most of my weight in my thighs and butt and I got a medium and it fits perfectly. It tucks in my belly foopa and makes me look so skinnyyyyyy. They are very flattering and I want to buy them in every color. They are not bike padded shorts just regular soft comfy ones. They aren’t short short shorts or the ones that reach your knee they hit right in the middle of my thigh. They are perfect. I bought four other shorts from different companies but these were the winners. If you want them not as tight I would suggest a large. I like the medium bc it tucks everything in and for me they’re very soft and comfortable. I’m sure I can fit into a small but they might be see through if you buy too small.

These were much better than expected! They fit perfectly, the material is thick yet breathable and feels incredible. I struggle with finding leggings and shorts that come in a material that makes me feel confident. I don't like the thinner, shinier material or one that feels too cotton-y. These are more comfortable than the high end brand I tried on, and I would actively choose these over the others even if the pricing was the same.I was hesitant when first putting them on, as the wrinkles from being folded did seem to leave a dark line that wouldn't go away, however after wearing them for a few minutes, it disappeared.I find I'm always trying to "hide" my stubborn c-section shelf, and with these, feel confident wearing fitted tops that are more cropped in length. There is a fair bit of support without feeling restricted. They are also quite high waisted, which always helps the little mommy tummy!The 5" inseam is fairy short, however I am only 4' 11 and they are not short enough to deter me from wearing them out and about. They do not roll or move in the waist or legs, even when running around and playing. I purchased a size small (4' 11, 123lb) and they fit perfectly.I have been wearing them almost non-stop for 3 weeks now, with regular washing (and dryer-ing -- shhh) and they are still in great shape with no little fluffies on the seams or any thinning. I'm hoping this keeps up!I am not one to write reviews, however after reading COUNTLESS reviews from countless brands prior to purchasing these, I'm hoping this one helps make the decision to go for it easier! They are 100% worth it and you can't beat the price for what appear to be great quality.

Great Shorts very happy I bought them. Got the 8inch Meteor ones in a size L.I am a size 14 and the size L fits a bit loose but the Medium was too tight around my tighs.Was also pleasantly suprised that the meteor black shorts have a slight tint of dark blue throughout the pattern. This makes them look great with black tank tops!Fabric is good not too thin and very stretchy and I love the large pockets.The tummy controll is not very tight so if your looking for a good waist band to suck in your stomach dont hope for too much!

These are great and are true to size. They feel wonderful and fit nice in all the right places!! Long enough to hide any flaws and feel comfortable in the pool or on the beach. 🏝️
