Easy to use and great functionality
Easy set up, just charge and put on. Adjustable waist allows for the heating pad to fit snuggly. Has three different heat settings. The first is my favorite. The highest is very hot but not uncomfortable. It also vibrates so a soothing element. I love this for my time of the month or after work when I’ve been sitting for a while, I turn it around and use it on my lower back. It’s not very bulky and can be worn under clothes pretty easily or over a thin shirt. Fast charging with USB makes it great to travel with too! I love my purchase and have recommended it to several of my lady friends too!

Period relief and easy to use
Worth it and it helps with pain relief. It has 3 heat settings and they are adjustable along with vibrations to help with relief as well. A waistband to noteand it lasts for about 2hrs or so… it has a type C charger!

Love this very comforting around that time of the month. Use it on my back for that lower back pain as well. The massage is nice and the heating is powerful be careful with it and don use it directly on your skin. Wear a shirt and then the device or it will hurt the skin.

Do yourself a favor and- BUY IT
10/10 recommend. Really great product! I just wish the battery life was longer. It heats really quickly, is comfortable and I love that it has multiple heat settings. It’s slightly bulky but is possible to hide under jeans or a large sweatshirt. Sometimes I worry I’ll accidentally press the vibration button and it will go off in my bag but so far that hasn’t happened haha. For anyone with bad cramps or endometriosis, this is a great product, it really helped in my recovery from surgery!

This item actually works great for cramps. It’s a life saver. I personally don’t like the vibration but it definitely heats up great and it’s the perfect t size and safe to use. The straps fit perfect and are adjustable as well. You also need a charger box for the cord.

Easy to use! Easy instruction!
I would recommend this to all the ladies who have bad cramps or on their period. This really do help! It have 3 vibrate settings and 3 heat settings. It will heat up very quick and after you are done using it will leave redness on your stomach. But it will go away. I wish it tells you how long you could of it on, but I don't think that matters.1st notes: If you don't charge it. The device will die. I have been waiting for 3 hours. And it is still on blinking red.2nd notes: It is finally green, the time wait to be charge is 3 hours 44 minutes... when I unplug it, just to see does it still work. It work. I turned it off and charge it again. And it is still blinking red. I think you will have to let it charge for another hour.I recommend you to charge after use.

Mind blown
So I saw a video of this portable heating massage period pack and was urious and interested so I went ahead and ordered one on Amazon came before christmas this has changed my life for the better I have back pain at times and I'm constantly have to use muscles so by the end of work or exercise or what ever I put it on it clips like a belt and feels like a belt I live that I can wear it in front if I'm cramping or say my back is giving me fits at work I can wear it on my back and it will help me through the rest of my shift I liked this product so much I went ahead and purchased another one for a Xmas present I loved that this gadget is covered through fsa the only thing I get annoyed with is that it feels like it takes forever to charge but all in all 5 stars for sure definitly recommend

Best thing Ive bought for cramps
This thing is a game changer for me as I have the worst cramps it helps me get through the first 3 hours of pain until my Tylenol or what be it kicks in! Love this thing! It usually lasts me three hours fully charged, I find if you just keep the heat on without the vibration it will last longer. (The heat is what helps me the most but the vibration is good for a while to distract you from the pain)
