I ordered these Always ZZZ Overnight Disposable Period Underwear, as I needed something that would give me coverage overnight against leaks. These disposable underwear are stretchy and comfortable, and fit just like I hoped that they would. I don't find them to be as bulky as other comparable types of disposable underwear, and yet they're still very absorbent. These are very comfortable to wear at night, and they give me confidence when I need it the most. I like that they really do provide all over coverage, around my legs, hips and everywhere else. They're easy to slip on and off, too, such as when I need to use the restroom at night. I think these are a great product, and I'm happy I bought these. I'm impressed with their quality, durability and overall comfort. It sure is better than wearing bulky pads or other types of disposable underwear. I also feel they protect against leaks a lot better as well. I would definitely recommend these to others, and would order again. I think they're also a decent value for 14 pairs, which is currently listed at around 15.98, at the time of this review. Very nice quality product.

I suffer from amenorrhea, after 200 days my period hit me incredibly heavy. So bad, that I had to wear my mom’s postpartum pads the hospital provided her. She only had two, so I needed something else and fast. Walmart and Target only offer “pads” for incontinence, which is not nearly the same as the heavy flow I was experiencing. I quickly turned to Amazon, and these pads were the only one that could arrive today. I am not this size in the slightest, this size was the only one available for same day shipping, I even paid for 3 hour shipping because I was desperate. But they worked AMAZING, I was a little skeptical, I looked at it and said no way is this holding up what’s coming out of me but it did GREAT. NOT A SINGLE LEAK, EVEN WHEN I SLEPT. Two packs for only 15 dollars, I will definitely come back in case my period comes back again as violently as it did this past week. The size was definitely big, but comfortable, didn’t fall down. I would just fold the waistband and put tights shorts on over!

I love these! They comfortable fit. No worrying about leakage. I can sleep through the night comfortable and confident! I wear them at work too and they dont show through my pants. I dont know who's been gatekeeping these but I'm so happy I came across them! Today I had a super heavy day at work and I didnt have to worry about a accident, and I was sneezing all day, we know how bad that is on a heavy flow! Also I love how there's no pad smell wearing these, if you know you know! Don't hesitate, buy them and try them!!

Add these to your postpartum care package list!!! These have been a lifesaver postpartum. They are incredibly comfortable, soft, and have a nice stretchy fit that doesn’t feel restrictive at all. I also really appreciate how well they fit. They accommodate plus size comfortably without feeling too tight or digging in, which made a big difference during recovery. The quality is excellent. They are very absorbent and I didn’t experience any leakage, even overnight, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, these are reliable, comfortable, and well made. I would definitely purchase them again and highly recommend them, especially for postpartum use.

I don’t like to use tampons or other internal devices overnight, so I decided to try these. They are much easier to deal with than pads; you just slip them on like a pair of panties. No fumbling with stickers or wings, etc. And they don’t shift throughout the night the way pads tend to do. They fit nicely - snug but not tight - so no leaking, but still comfortable. I would recommend this product and will purchase again.

Definitely diaper adjacent but they work great. Just don’t pull them up super high cut they will cut into your inner crotch. It held up all night and I had no leakage which I usually have 2/5 times using maxi overnight pads. What i will say though, is that since it has some elastic around the padded part it does scrunch up around your vagina and causes some of the blood to get on the parts without the padded lining but doesn’t allow it to drip out or anything. Just an observation. Because of the scrunch it’s not as fitted to me as I would like but it holds up well.

I absolutely adore these! Theyre so comfortable. As a extremely heavy flow girl I cna finally sleep throughout the night in whatever position I want without worries about leaking. (I still do have to eventually change in the middle of the night) but this helps me stay so comfortable during such an uncomfortable period.

I was a little worried at first because I have a very heavy flow but when I tell you, I have never felt more comfortable on my period. These are amazing.I did not stain or leak through. I also wore them in the day time for work and for overnight. I will continue to purchase these!

Tras una cirugía me llegó mi periodo y tenía que estar mucho tiempo acostada, me fueron súper útil, sin accidentes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, siempre tengo flujo súper abundante.
