Low quality, doesn't germinate
I've seeded twice and nothing has germinate. Followed all recommendations from manufacturer/seller, tried communicating with them and have had no results. They don't stand behind their product beyond claiming its good quality. Refuse to refund, $100+ for a bag of seeds that don't germinate is definitely not worth the money.

Excellent seed, my yard is on its way to being gorgeous and TOUGH!
Hauled in dirt, spread and gently raked this seed in, set up automated sprinklers, and 7 weeks later we have mowed it for the first time and it is looking GREAT! It still has some filling in to do but the grass is already thriving and seems tough enough for my 2 large dogs to romp on. It will only get more sturdy as time goes on. Highly recommend!

50 % Germination
The product was very slow to germinate, but has now after 2 months filled in about 50% of the area that was seeded. Where it is growing the grass is dense, green and looks very healthy. Hoping it will continue to flll in over time.

Limited success
Seeding to repair bare spots was largely unsuccessful.

Keep it moist for about 2 weeks or so until it’s 2” all around.
Liked everything about this grass seed.
