I’ve been using these probiotics for the past couple of months and although there is no way to fully know if they are making effect or if they are helpful, I feel that they do make my digestive system easier on my body. They help me digest food better, not be as bloated, and I feel like I have more regular bowel movements.I do wish that there was more information on the types of probiotics and prebiotics included in the bottle. There are a good amount of pills and they are easy to swallow with little to no taste.Like all supplements, we should consult with a doctor before consuming them.

I like that these are such a low price compared to others and that you only have to take one a day. They seem to help as much as some other similar ones I was taking. They're easy to swallow and don't leave a terrible aftertaste. So far so good.

I really didn’t see a difference ordering this product. I was just better off ordering fiber pills I would not order this again.👎🏻

The Sensebiotic probiotics are just ok. They've got the types of good bacteria I generally look for and the capsules are similar to other brands. However, they don't seem as effective as the other brands I use in my rotation. There are 60 capsules so that is a two months' supply if you take one a day. Oddly, the bottle label lists the strains of bacteria but not the amount in each capsule. These are shelf stable probiotics so that is convenient (might still refrigerate them anyway). Overall, the Sensebiotics will do, but I think there are better options for the money.

So far this has done wonders for my digestion. Food seems to not sit as long in my stomach. Makes me more regular. The pills are easy to swallow and the price point isn’t bad.

These capsules have no smell or taste and are easy to swallow. One a day is easy to take. The list of probiotic strains seems to be what is needed for the issues involving the gut. So far I have had no issues and will continue to take these in moderation, especially when on antibiotics and a restricted diet.

These probiotics are easy to swallow and settle well. It's always hard to know how effective a supplement is in a short time. These seem to be effective and they are lower priced than most. I like the fact that they only require one per day.

However, the capsules are fairly easy to swallow and I had no stomach or digestive upsets. I could not find a country where these are manufactured, so that is concerning, therefore its a four star review. The capsules are dairy free.
