I used it to installed chrome axle covers on my 2000 T800 Kenworth. It had 8 5/8 studs to hold axle in and required a 15/16 wrench to fit nuts. This required a 8 inch inside diameter chrome axle cover which this tool fit. Don't know why they didn't explain what it fit in the description?
