Love this milk maker
I use this milk maker to make almond milk several times a week. It's so easy to use and clean. I have another brand that has a basket that effectively strains the milk but that is a pain to clean. I didn't want to have to rinse out a strainer bag every time I make milk, but it beats cleaning out the basket of the other brand! This maker can make 2 cups of milk at a time. That's perfect for me. For a family, one might need to make more than one batch a day.For my almond milk, I soak my almonds a few hours or overnight. I place the almonds in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. After soaking, I pinch the skins off the almonds. In the maker, I put in 2 cups of water, 4 tablespoons of soaked and de-skinned almonds, 1/2-3/4 teaspoon vanilla (I like mine vanilla-y), and 4 sugar packets. I run the almond milk through two cycles as the instructions suggest. The cycle is finished in a few minutes and cleanup is a breeze!

Good Quality
This is a great machine. The metal inside makes it sturdy, but also easy to clean (as long as you don't let liquid sit in it for too long). It's small enough to not stand out in your kitchen, but large enough to make a decent amount. I use my own brush, but the brush it comes with for cleaning is also pretty decent. This is a great product for the price.

It was great when it was working
I bought this mid April because of the great reviews and good price/vlaue. It was simple to operate. However today it just stopped working. I would expect it to last at least a year or two not two months!

Love this Nut Milk Maker!
I originally had a Nutr, which worked great, but I got water up in the engine and fried it:/ So I went to go purchase a new one and they were sold out everywhere. I went to my trusty Amazon and found the BUAIAHUG 20oz Nut Milk Maker. The price point is great ($70 less expensive then a Nutr!) and it had good reviews. I purchased the white one, and have had it for a week and it works amazing and is quiter and a bit larger then the Nutr which I love! Very happy with my purchase, and love that they offer a lifetime warranty. I use it to makeup Cashew milk for my morning coffee, and it's delicious!

The good, the bad, and the ugly
Having lost my Soya-Joy after a move (I was sure I saw it a shelf in our garage), and after searching w/ my husband's help the entire house, garage, and basement, I finally concluded that I should just go ahead and buy this new one, although it was a different brand. The good: It's very compact and only created a small footprint on my kitchen counter. I would not have to pack it up and store it elsewhere which would be quite impractical as I intend to use it often. I understand that it's supposed to be "self-cleaning" which is a real plus, but cleaning brushes were included plus directions for cleaning. The bad: It's noisy. Sounds like a jet plane starting it's engine. My husband and I were 2 rooms away watching the news and he said, "WHAT is that noise?"The ugly: The instruction book does not contain enough detail. As an example, the book says that when the display says "bb" it is an indication that the cycle is almost finished. Fine. But it still displays "bb" when the cycle is finished. There is no bell, beep or other sound to indicated, "Hey, your soymilk is all ready". As I discovered, the machine just slowly cools down from the previous boiling temperature and the "almost ready" remains on until the machine is unplugged. The even worst: After following the instructions to a T, I wound up with only ONE CUP of soymilk...and that was before it was strained of sediment, so only a little over a half cup of soymilk would have been left if I strained it. I didn't bother, bc I knew immediately that I would be returning this item and did not want to open and soil the nut straining bags.I have about 4 lbs of soybeans and miss my Soya Joy machine (wherever it may be) but have just decided to go ahead an purchase a new one for more $$. Too bad. I wanted to love this little machine and it may be perfect for your needs, but I don't have the time to run this gizmo every time I want a cup of soymilk.

compact and easy to clean
bought this for my mom when she visited as she makes her breakfast drinks with multi-grain soup. Her old machine was broken but it was so loud that would wake the entire neighborhood every morning. This one is a lot more quieter for a soy milk maker.I also bought 2 other brands from Amazon and Temu to compare. The size of this one is perfect for 1-2 people and easy to operate and clean. Sleek slim look doesn't take up too much space on the counter or in the pantry.
