Good Product
This product is awesome! Unlike other over the counter so called healthy alternatives, this product works. Being a heavy ex-smoker, I started with one tablet and found it to allow me to take deeper breaths with ease. After knee replacement I used these to help keep my lung capacity clear due to reduced activity. Certainly, worth a try to see if they can help. I keep an extra bottle on hand and honestly, I do not take every day, but somedays with stress and long days I chew one and unwind. BTW the taste good as well.

When I start feeling a little under the weather I quickly take 2. Even my kids, 10 and 8, take 1 when they start coughing. Keep in mind it's a natural supplement but it is effective. Easy to swallow.

So far no improvement
So far I have not noticed any improvement for my bronchial cough. I plan on using up the bottle and seeing whether it just takes some time, but for now I am only giving it a 3 stars rating.
