This is easily one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever eaten in my life. It’s insane to think this cake came from a box mix, but it’s also GLUTEN FREE?!?! I am amazed! It is so yummy! The cake holds shape perfectly and yet it’s still decadent and moist. Just take a look at the photo I put on this review and it shows you exactly what I mean. I made cupcakes with the mix. I cooked it for the exact minimum amount of time and every single cupcake came out perfectly even though I personally don’t tend to fill the tins all equally. You seriously cannot mess this mix up- it is so ways to make and so amazingly delicious. Thank you for my new yearly birthday cake mix! It truly is decadent! 😋

Some folks just don't like gluten in their diet, whereas others can't eat it or have problems. Often this equals being unable to eat many baked goods, and that's unfortunate, especially during the year-end holidays. I decided I wanted to make something special for a friend of mine, so I went with this King Arthur gluten-free chocolate cake mix, which I turned into cupcakes, with additional chips and a buttercream frosting. Well, they were a big hit, and the texture both delicious and moist. You'd never know it didn't have any gluten in it. It baked very well and the timing listed was accurate. Overall, the results were light, yet flavorful. I would definitely buy again.

King Arthur GF chocolate cake mix is hands down the best I’ve ever tried. It is moist with a very rich chocolate flavor that is well balanced with sweetness.

Makes a really great cake if you can handle the sugar. Yes, it is gluten free but first ingredient is sugar. Can't say it is healthy because of the sugar, but it does taste good with a great texture.

I have a wheat allergy and my son had a dairy sensitivity. We've bought this mix no few times and it turns out amazing every single time! The norms never notice it isn't a wheat and dairy containing cake and I always get so many compliments on it. It's perfectly moist, so doesn't fall apart like other gluten free mixes. It's also very rich in flavor without being too much on the taste buds. Worth the price!
