I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but these work great! My husband and I travel quite a bit and use them for time at the airport and flights. Had no issues with adhesion and they work just as well as the name brand, in my opinion, at a much lower cost. They are super thin and lightweight and while not perfectly clear they only have a light tan tint. I've purchased generic clear patches and they're very stiff and uncomfortable. These are perfect!

I use these instead of smoking rather than using them to quit. They get the job done. I wish they were cheaper. They last all day and aren’t noticeable at all. They can handle sweating and don’t hurt to take off. They are small and discreet.

They stick very nicely and I have no problems with rashes like others. One thing I will say is they do tend to hurt whatever body part I put them on. Say if I put them on my arm, that arm will hurt like a sharp pain if pressure is applied. They do tend to wear off throughout half of the day. Other than that their decent quality and a nice size.

These aren't as good as the name brand ones but they do the trick on tough days. The size is a little larger but they can be cut in half. Good value and durable, don't come off until you take it off.

Though they stopped the cravings they left a huge rash/welt on my skin no matter where I placed the patch. I've tried about 5 different brands of patches because they all left rashes. But this was the WORST. I had to go to my doctor to get help. I got sunburned on my legs a few weeks ago. That spot that the patch was on months ago got irritated again. The last time I wore a patch was 5 months ago. These really damaged my skin and I DO NOT recommend them.

I don't know if these would work to truly quit smoking, but to help me not smoke while at the hospital (I'm not the patient) it works OK. Patches stick all day long and I love the fact that you can easily cut the patch in half (has a perforated line down the middle). I went from the 21mg for 2 weeks, down to a half a patch (10.5mg) which will last me another 30 days. I am then going to get the lowest dose before I say goodbye forever to tobacco and nicotine. BTW, the patches do work to curb cravings fairly well. I am taking it in conjunction with a few other aids and have been nicotine free for 21 days.
