I definitely help with dry mouth, but it is very spicy and hot. I am not a spicy person, and I did not like that part at all. I loved it, stopped my dry mouth that my medication caused, but I can't handle the hotness. My husband loves it, but he eats hot sausages regularly, so this gum didn't bother him at all.

I have sjogrens disease and this gum is useful for chewing during the day, not only to help with saliva production, but sooth dry mouth.

My husband is going through radiation therapy for head and neck cancer. It has destroyed his taste buds and made his mouth terribly dry. Bought this with little hope but it actually works. Husband said the mint flavor was a bit strong however, it immediately started working. Super easy to open the package, just like any other pack of gum. 100% worth the price (which isn’t pricey) for what it does.

Best gum ever for dry mouth I cannot get it anywhere except on Amazon I used to be able to purchase it at Rite Aid and they all went out of business. Love it, order it all the time.

Theses work very well for Xerostomia ( chronic dry mouth) .I sometimes just keep the gum side of my cheek and gum, it helps for a good 10 km run also..

Works great in reducing my dry mouth from the medication I take daily. The flavour of the gum is nice and fresh without being too overpowering and lasts a long time compared to regular gum. Will be buying again soon!
