Are these gluten-free?

I don’t believe that they are gluten free.

Oops, bought some of this but don't see a 'use by' date. How long can it be kept in the pantry, in the fridge or in the freezer?

Many years ago i lived some 15 years in Spain and always bought Turron (both Jijona and Alicante) for the year-end Festivities. I never saw a date on the package. However turron remains very good for a few month. The turron de Jijona ("blando" or soft) might need refrigeration according to the place were you live. It tends to ooze almond oil (which is normal) in warm climates/temperatures, as in the southern states of the USA. Therefore it depends on where you live and I would suggest keeping it in the fridge but never the freezer. Hope this helps!

Is this product supposed to be wet/runny?

It is oily when opening the cover, and it is soft, but it's not supposed to be wet or runny. I've eating them all my life as this product is from Spain & my family is too. Jijona is my favorite. I hope this helps & tastes as good as it's supposed to. Merry Christmas.

What is the nutritional information? such as sugars, carbs.

The nutritional info is available from pictures of other seller, or alternatively you can do a Google search. My Fitnesspal has the information in general. As a diabetic I’m careful with Turron (Torrone) as it’s quite dense and is mostly sugar and honey.
